I use this post office 3 or 4 times a month for a variety of purposes. The postmen/women are always very courteous and professional. I have watched them take extra time to assist people who clearly didnt have their act together much to the chagrin of those of us in line behind them. Often they would send them away to complete a form or correct a mistake and instruct them to come back to them when completed and not stand in line again. Often when the waiting line gets long additional people come from the back area to help clear the line. There is always room for improvement but the staff here are dedicated professionals trying to provide the specific support requested by the patron.

I had a difficult situation where the funeral home sent the cremains of my Father to an incomplete address, which made it undeliverable. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a person, Mathew at the Winter Springs Post Office who was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, without any condescending attitude, and he gave me accurate instructions in a patient tone that has assisted me in retrieving my Fathers cremains so we can have his military honors performed in a timely fashion. Ive found the staff here to be pleasant enough, and efficient. I dont know if its because of the Holiday season, but Ive been getting mail addressed to a man in Cassleberry. We have the same address and street number, but hes in Cassleberry. And its stuff from the V.A. I wrote a note on it and put it back in the mail box. Today I got a Christmas card for the former resident, who hasnt lived her since Jan 2014. Im guessing they put on some part time help during the holidays

I get its a "government" facility and there is of course frustrating wait times and headaches, HOWEVER, to the person that keeps picking up the phone and then leaving it off the hook... how unprofessional could you be! I have called approximately 10 times and instead of just saying please hold or asking what I may need they just keep picking the line up and ignoring me. This is the lack of customer service that gives government establishments such a horrible name!

I cant believe the postman stuffed all my mail in the mall box. He knew I was gone for several days. Wouldnt it be more intelligent to put rubber bands on the mail and use the large box next to our small boxes. Ive never had this problem before. Due to the rain when I went to get my mail it went all over the wet pavement. An unhappy owner fo my unit, I would think think that our deliverer y people would have more common sense. -6oo Northern Way - Tuscany Place.

The personnel at this post office is terrible. I asked a question regarding a tracking number and was advised I need to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor was rude and condescending. Argued with me when i showed him the printed information printed out from the USPS website. He acted ed like I was taking up his time and didnt want to be bothered. Why is someone like this in a supervisory role? By his demeanor he clearly has no customer skills.

I love this Post office, the lines are never too long, the employees are helpful and nice, and my mailman (Matt) is AWESOME! He always knocks on the door and waits for me to answer and gives me my packages instead of knocking and leaving like many others. he is the best! The employees even go above and beyond when i have requests like using real stamps vs metered postage or handcancelling my mail for me. they are awesome! Love the Casselberry USPS!

I have to agree with the others, I called because we are a new commercial business in the area. We have not been getting our mail and when I talked to them....after numerous calls... the guy was very rude, impatient and completely lacked any customer skills. They just want their taxpayer funded (bailout) paycheck, vacation time then off with the pension after "years" of hard work and public service.

I NEVER write reviews. However, this post office is full of very unhappy people whose lives must really stink. They are rude, condescending, act like you are stupid and will flat out ignore you. I hope the US Postal Service falls flat on its face, then these people would learn how to appreciate employment and benefits after they have to go work at McDonalds or Big Lots!!

i at one time thought this was the best post office dont know what wen wrong, you call that branch and it rings forever and a day and then its busy, they are all new and very unpleasant, i run a business and they pick my stuffup well all new drivers and my stuff never gets picked up i can honesty say that MATT and another woman i forgot her name are simply the best......

I had bad experience with this place, I dont understand why agent yelling to a customer And put him on hold " mean hang the phone" . I did a complain to USPS cause this store need to shutdown, if the owner of this franchise dont care how his employees deal with customers , he dont be on business.

Postmaster of this post office needs a mangement training course. Always long wait in line even just to buy stamps. Two open stations and three or four other employees just stand around supervising. Postmaster needs to come out of the back room and open a third station and run it himself.

They lost a package of mine and when I called to check the status the woman said that she didnt know because she had been on vacation all week (like that is an excuse?). She then said that she did not have the manpower to check for me, even after I told her it was medication. Awful.

Problem one took forever to answer the phone then finally after some answered they sounded like I was bothering him, then waited forever on hold. Looks/Sounds like these people need to find a new job if you ask me!

Extremely rude to my 17 year old son when he tried to pick up his package. In fact wouldnt get his package when all the employee had to do was walk 10 feet to pick up the box.
