I recently had a terrible experience with the service department at Wesley Chapel Nissan trying to screw me out of $1000 for replacing an exhaust that i suspected wasnt rusted out at all. I took my car to Zephyrhills Midas for a second opinion and they lifted the car, showed me exactly where i was missing braces and where my J-Hook had caused a crack from stress. They estimated $88 to fix it and it would take about an hour. An hour later they called my car was running beautifully, they added another j-hook to the other sides of my mufflers as well to fully support my exhaust. I would DEFINITELY do business with them again. My friend also had a great experience with them as well.

I had a piece of debris stuck in my brake pad and it was making a sound. The older man up front told me inspection was free and it was. After the inspection I was told that the calipers had seized and the rotor would not turn(they put the truck in park) which obviously I drove the truck in so this was not the case. I knew it was a rip off but let them keep going. After all of this they hit me up for over $1400 worth of work for new calipers, rotors and pads all the way around. I have a Chevy truck with 40k miles after looking for myself the pads were about 50% worn and the rotors were within specs. I dont see how they sleep at night.

Had an oil change at Midas on Tuesday in NY..... by the time we got here we were down a quart with oil leaking on my brand new car. We stopped here at Midas.... they took us right in.... determined a loose filter from the oil change replaced the filter.... cleaned the oil off the bottom of the car and gave us advice on the best beach to go to. We too your advice Jason.... what a beautiful park at Pine island.... had an incredible meal at the Bayport Inn and then headed to Clearwater! Thank you Thank you Thank you....for your quick assistance, friendly manner and excellent tourist info!! What a great crew!!

Went to have a wheel alignment and ask person at counter to please do only the front end. He was upset because of what I said and told me that he would check to see if I needed the rear wheel aligned also. Less than 10min he tells me that my right front outer tie rod was no good. He quoted me a price of $186.00to have it installed. I had just had both inner & outer tie rods replaced brand new. I went to tire kingdom just up the road and was told all was fine and had wheel alignment done their. Car is straight as an arrow. I will never return to any midas ever, not even for directions. IM DONE

Excellent all around experience whenever I get work done with them. Theyre always friendly and easy to understand, and whenever they tell me what needs to be done or what it will cost I check it against other mechanics opinions, and Midas is always right on point! Theyve even told me what I can do to avoid them having to charge me for extra labor or parts. Im always so skeptical of mechanics , but these guys keep proving themselves reliable!

Both happy and disappointed with my time here. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. But overall seems like they care more about the bottom line and money than anything else and will try and sell you stuff like crazy lol... I get thats the point to a degree but I spent way more than I wanted for not enough to be done. Would prefer to go somewhere else, but options are rather limited in this town.

Ive been taking my car here for about four years and theyre always friendly. They do whats needed to be done if they notice something wrong theyll advise you about but they dont pressure you to get it done here and now. Ive always been taking care of in a great timely manner. I can truly say I trust them with my car. Plus they always have great coupons deals online!

The service was fine, but I went in for an oil change and they came up with a list of things to fix total of 1500. Said all 4 engine mounts needed replaced for instance. Second opinion found only one broken. Saved myself $600 by getting a second opinion. Certainly doesnt earn my trust or future business.

Since they have gotten new office staff the store is amazing Josh who is one of the 2 store managers is great took care of my drive time warranty work for me and went above and beyond by finding other problems with my car that needed to be fixed before my warranty was up thank you for your great service

Guys did some electrical wiring for me on short notice for a fair price, tech was willing to talk to me directly and when I inspected his work it was clear he went above and beyond while making connections and running the wires. Excellent experience.

We went in right before close needing an oil change they said that it was going to be another 45 minutes before they could even get to my car but turned out they had the oil change done and my car back to me in less time, staff was amazing!

I had my wifes car oil changed, brakes and rotors replaced and tires rotated. The Zephyrhills store did a very nice and quick job. The shop was clean and comfortable and very friendly. Why go anyplace else?
