Owners Scott and Cathy run a honest and trustworthy business. I would go to Absolute Auto for everything but since i have moved, i have to do simple maintenance such as oil changes at chain companies. On multiple occasions, the chain companies told me that such and such is wrong with my car and quoted me thousands of dollars’ worth of repairs. I only trust absolute auto to tell me the truth about my cars needs. For example, my car wasnt starting and Tires Plus told me that it would be $100 to even look at my car. Scott looked at it, found out one of the battery screws were loose, tightened it, and didnt charge me a thing. My car has been fine since! This is just one example of how awesome Absolute is! If you’re looking for a trustworthy car repair place, this is the place to go. They are not out to make money by scamming you and truly care about their customers!

I decided to check this place out after reading all the awesome reviews. They did not disappoint! Every single person who worked there was insanely (and genuinely) friendly. He was able to squeeze me in to have a vehicle inspected with a just little bit of notice, and I didnt have to wait long for them to pull the vehicle in to start looking at it. He gave me far more information than I expected about the vehicle, and seriously helped me weigh the pros and cons. I feel as if you dont often find someone in this field who genuinely cares about his customers, but you can tell as soon as you walk through the door that they are trying to do more than just get as many people in and out as they can. Its all the service you are looking for - for both your care and you as a person.

Scott and his team are courteous and professional. I love having a reliable mechanic shop just minutes from my home and the added bonus is that they will drop you off and pick you up. You really cant argue with their prices what-so-ever, these guys understand that reputation is everything for a business to thrive.They do what ever it takes to understand the customer thoroughly, and satisfy any concerns or issues promptly. This mechanic shop gets a two thumbs up and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Just read the other reviews, they have a good reputation for a reason. Why waste your time and money at a "franchise chain" only to get treated like a nobody and get ripped off in the process???

From an inside view This place is nothing but an absolute joke The owner is a fairly smart guy with a good business adittude but the service manager ran a just brakes for many years so all he knows about is brakes If you bring your car in for a brake inspection you will be buying calipers wether you need them or not about the only tech worth a crap is pat the master tech he knows his stuff and thats why the place is still standing currently They lay their employees off when its slow season Dont go here unless you love spending money on things you do not need

I have had nothing but the most positive of experiences with the gang at Absolute Auto Repair. We began using them about 4 years ago when my husbands car engine needed what we had been told was major work. The folks at Absolutely Auto did a diagnostic and found a minor $84 part was all that was required. Needless to say they had our absolute (ha! get it) trust from that point on. We have never been disappointed; never had to wait longer than they predicted and have always been dealt with fairly and honorably. Cant say enough about this company.

Thought I had a leaking water pump in my Saturn Vue. Took it to Absolute, they tried and tried to duplicate it, but never could. When I went to pick it up, all the efforts to duplicate the leak were explained in detail, and then the final bill...zero....I was more than a little surprised, but they told me "we did not repair anything, so we are not going to charge you anything". Needless to say, when the pump does finally give out, I know where I am taking it to have it repaired. Thanks!!

I would not take my Jeep to any other location for service or repairs. The team at Absolute Auto Repair are skilled, efficient and honest. I get my routine maintenance done here and always trust they they will not try to bait and switch or up-sale me. When I was told by another shop that I needed all new brakes, they showed me that it was just not true and saved me time and money. Truly an honest and reputable shop run by genuine good people.

Needed work on my Chevy Enclave. They me were very cordial on the phone and got me in quite quickly. I was told they were great and they were. Fixed my problem and let me know exactly what was needed to fix it along with a estimate. A family run business that is worth going to. Even the owner was hospitable. Fixed me up good and got me driving. Driving across state my Car died at 6:45am after other mechanic had just fixed my alternator. Mark understood my urgency, took me first and John worked the problem out like he was working in his own car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I felt like I was dealing with honest people who take pride in their work and more importantly their word.

These folks took care of me and my family when we stopped in their place in the way to Orlando. Our van needed a tire. They dropped what they were working on so we could get back on the road quickly. The price was very fair. While I wont be back since I live elsewhere, you local folks shouldnt hesitate to give Absolute a try.

These guys are top of the line! They are honest and do high quality work. I met Scott last year and finally had my truck in for what ended up be two separate gasket replacements. They did everything as promised, and offer a military discount. I highly recommend this shop; I will be back the next time I need service.
