Great Place for Repair Work After having a horrible time trying to get my car fixed I can honestly say I am happy that my car broke down for the 3rd time. Sounds funny but actually it helped because it brought me to Mcgee Goodyear Finally I have confidence not only in Management but with the Mechanics as well. Andrew was the best and really went over and above to help us with our problem we were having. Mcgee Goodyear found problems with my car that should of been fixed the first time and made me realize that the mechanics that I was using for so long were not as good as I thought they were. Funny because after calling back to the business that fixed my car the first time and told them what Mcgee Goodyear found wrong with my car they did not hesitate and said they will refund me my money in the amount of $473.48 now doesnt that sound funny why would they unless they realized something was wrong. Anyway all I can say is if you ever need repair work this is the place to go you will not be sorry. Because of being lucky enough to find Andew and his Mechanics it is now going from not having a Merry Christmas to now being able to have a great Christmas all because I found the right place to get my car fixe. McGees had great customer service in person. I went through a set of tires with another vendor and they replaced them with tires that they said had a 25,000 mile warranty. Now that ALL FOUR are rubbed bald at 18,000 miles (dangerously so), they point out that I have two different sizes of tires (front and back) which reduces the tire warranty to 12,000 miles (was never quoted that number before today). They are 30 minutes from my home and in my original review, I had posted that I would drive the distance for an honest tire company. Wont have to drive that distance! Not upset that the tires are bald, as 18,000 miles is a lot in 15 months, but the change in warranty information is just horrible! (I wouldnt have bought them had I been quoted the 12,000 mile warranty).

Bill and the guys over at McGee are the best. This was my first time there and I received the utmost professional service. After talking with Bill for a while as I was waiting for my tires to get done he shared that he is in the business of making long term customer relationships not in making a quick buck of the customer. Took my daughter car there for a front end alignment. .and an oil change. ...my husband had to tell them to rotate the tires first as it was a front wheel drive. ..they tried to say we needed 4 new tires and front rotors. ..and although I had to decline because the tires on the car is less than 8 months old ..when we picked the car up it drove worse than when we dropped it off so we has to take it back and have them change everything back to its original state and now taking it somewhere else. ..the worst waste of money in a while. ..

Went in because my brake line had a small leak and left with no brakes at all! I turned around and went back in and the front desk guy nervously explained "It was just a matter of time before they went out. That car is dangerous to drive..." Well, it certainly was now! Ended up having to give them more money to replace the brake line and it did nothing to fix the problem they made. "Its always scary working on brakes" is what they told me as I was paying. What?! If you arent confident in your work please stop taking customers.

Great experience at this shop. I went in for an oil change last week and was very impressed by the professionalism and customer service that I received. Because of that, i took my truck back today for an alignment. Same quality customer service. The mgr., Bill, was very down to earth, and I felt comfortable dealing with him. Very easy to talk to. Ill definitely be back next month for all new tires. Thank you Bill and staff!

Finding a corporate store that focuses on what is right for the customer is getting harder and harder to find. It seems many still focus on whats best for their bottom line. Funny part is...when you do whats right for your customer, the bottom line will take care of itself. This location has always treated my wife and son professionally, and has succeeded in building a long-term relationship with my family.

I cant say enough about Bill and this place!! After a bad experience at a Goodyear corporate store in a neighboring town, I called McGee and from the first phone call with Bill, I was wowd! He ordered my tires, gave me the appointment time that I needed and delivered expert service from there. I will so be back... hes my new service guy in Zephyrhills! Keep it up McGee team, that was amazing!!!

This is concierge level auto service if I ever saw it! Bill and his staff always treat us like family and the service is honest, accurate and fast. Even through we have to travel from another town to have these folks service our personal and work vehicles, it is well worth the trip. Once you go here, youll never take your vehicles anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend McGees; the customer service was great. Andrew would not let me leave the garage on my unsafe tires and got me a very fair deal on the tires I requested. He even made sure they were delivered and installed by noon the same day. (Only one minor disappointment...the spare tire was not put back in the wheel well.)

Best Service I have experienced by far! Manager is a pleasure to deal with and so are the mechanics! They went above and beyond for me, none the less on a Friday a little after closing time, I would give 10 stars if possible! I live in Lakeland but will be making the drive to get whatever I need done with them. You guys are the best! :)

would not recommend this place very dishonest and took me for a lot of money I didnt have to give went in for a 1999 dollar oil change came out $180 more said I needed more work. and did not do the job but they charge me for it. stay away from this place I will post the receipt anytime anybody wants to see it period totally lied to me

Thank you for the work you did on my jeep. This is good old fashion home town service at its best. Everyone is friendly & honest. They did the work in a timely manner & I will continue to use McGees for all my vehicle repair & maintenance needs. Its nice to have people you can trust to work on my vehicle. Thank you!!!!

Andrew and the guys are the best, please listen to me dont go any where else to fix your car. My Good Year mechanic in MN made a mistake with my brakes and Andrew fixed the problem at no charge, so I gave him a $20.00 bill for lunch. Thanks again, Vincent.
