Do not go to this Tires Plus!!! Actually any tires plus. I have had a bad experience at almost every one of them. Firestone does a much better job if you can find one partnered with tires plus (if youve already bought tires or parts under warranty at tires plus). I started going here to get my tires rotated under warranty in 2016. July of 2016 I got my whole brake system replaced here. They royally screwed it up along with the alignment which was 1.30+ or more off on both sides. Being that I trusted their work I did not question it but several months after I got them replaced I started having issues. It came to light because of dents on the inside wall of all 4 tires that Brandon honda found (right after I had taken it in to Tires Plus to get them rotated and they said NOTHING) Brandon honda came to the conclusion that the tires were defective because of the unusual wear. So I went back to Tires plus with the findings. The store manager argued with me about it saying it was the type of tire and this and that but ended up replacing the tires for free which was great. He then came back and said it was the brake rotors causing the issue (when they are the ones who replaced them not even a year before and did not offer to replace them or anything!) and obviously left my car out of alignment as well, who knows how long that was out of alignment! I ended up calling tires plus customer service and got in contact with the regional manager who set me up with an appointment at Firestone where they replaced the whole brake system which was completely screwed, and showed me how bad my alignment was (when tires plus had just put new tires on 3 weeks prior!!!) Needless to say you should not trust this shop. Their work is inadequate and the owner will argue with you about how other shops are wrong and hes right. Really bad customer service on top of untrustworthy work.

I went to this location 2 months ago after making an on line appointment for oil change and tire rotation and to have the AC looked at. I waited just about 3 hours. I Finaly went to the counter to let the guy know the AC check could wait. So he had my car pulled around to have me sign the bill and I asked if the oil change was free. Turns out it never got changed. The guy said I should never make an appointment on line because they never send the correct Info..... Hard to believe, being in a similar profession, we seem to get all of the information to serve our customers. Not only that, 90% of issues and errors can be resolved with an apology. Never got that either, just an excuse as to why they didnt do it. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten... I live by this phrase. and it is 100% correct. So today I attempted to give this location a second chance and made an apointment on line for an alignment as it was advertised available. I received a call from the location letting me know they cant do the alignment due to the machine being broken.... Never suggested another location to even try to keep the money comming at least for the company... Sounds like Broken Windows... So I went elsewhere. Thanks For Listening.

Worst place in Tampa. I went to this place to change my brake pads. I have to change the rear calipers and rotors. After paying $800 for everything they also recommend to change the front ball joints and the control arm. I say to them I would do it next week. Three days later my car start making an ugly sound, because of this I went to Pep Boys because they have cameras and I would need prove that Tire Plus sucks. They confirm that my car dont need new Control Arms. (IN THE INSPECTION TIRE PLUS MISS TO PUT THE BOLTS BACK THAT WAS THE UGLY SOUND) They only put one bolt and left out the other three in my front tires. I call Tire Plus for the money and they dont want to pay for the lost bolts. I say to them I have the Pep Boys video of the unmounting. Finally they agree to give me my money. I NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS MEDIOCRE PLACE.

Been going to them for years with no real complaints. Fair pricing for the most part, good service, attentive to detail and deliver as promised. I have had a bobble or two, they arent perfect, but based on experience these guys are some of the best out there---at least they have been up till now! LOL Seriously, I dont understand the negative reviews. I personally have NEVER had an issue with anyone at this location and never had an issue with any service performed either. None of my friends that I have sent there have ever mentioned a problem and believe me, they would tell me. The only reason I gave only 4 instead of 5 stars is what I mentioned before---they are only human and there have been a couple of very minor issues that were swiftly resolved.

Great place to take youre car for tire work and oil changes. My experience is it is not a good place to have a alignment done because every time they align my car I have to take it back at least two times until it is no longer pulling or eating tires. They have also had a change in service advisors lately and it has not been for the better. The last time I had a alignment done at this location it was seriously out of alignment to the point you could hear the tires skidding in turns. When I came back to have it done right instead of receiving a apology for their mistake and wasting my time, I got a attitude. like I was wasting their time asking them to honor their warranty. I will not be back.

Horrible. No one greeted us when we came in. This is the Fourth time here in 2 weeks. I had my back brakes done on 4/15/17 called and told them I was feeling shaking at when I sped up to 70 mph. Took the vehicle in on 4/19/17 To have them balance my tires. They proceed to tell me that my back wheels are bent. I ask Gough Baker what the normal procedure for a brake and tire check and he could not tell as if he didnt know. The fact that he didnt want to look up the notes makes me feel like he knew someone dropped the ball. Upset and will be longer a customer here

Buyer beware- they sold me expensive tires with a free warranty for alignments and rotations. I bring it in there for those services on an appointment and they say it will be ready 3 hours later. When I call back 4 hours later they tell me it hasnt even been in the shop yet and they cant guarantee it will be done today. The "free" services they sell you will be done when they feel like it- because they are too busy trying to make more money. You lost my business!

Do not go here. They put on a defective "new" tire on my car. When I brought my car back they tried to tell me my wheel was bent and thats why it was vibrating but they could of course fix it for an additional $150 getting me a wheel at a discount. Keep in mind I already paid $500 for four new tires! Another mechanic showed me the defect in the wheel they put on my car. It had a bubble in it. Do not go here. BEWARE
