*Terrible workmanship, questionable pricing!* My wife and I took our car there last December for an oil issue. They told us that we needed a new oil pan gasket, for which they charged $600. 3 months later, it was leaking again. They fixed it for free, but a month after that, it was leaking once more. (Contrast this to some other work they wanted to do in the car -- at the cost of $1300! We found someone else to do the same work for $700, and its given us NO problems since.) Additionally, we asked them for a price on a door handle. At first they said "$150", with the part being $60. (The owner scoffed at a $100 price he found. "Outrageous!" he said.) A week later we returned to do the work, but now were being quoted $285, because "The part was almost $200." Whatever happened to $100 being outrageous?!

Dropped the vehicle off at 9am for an alignment since it was pulling a bit. No call all day long but I thought maybe they forgot to call so I gave a ring at 3pm before they closed at 4. "No we havent taken yours in. Were waiting on the alignment rep" (lie) So I went 10 minutes before 4pm to check on it. I ask the man at the counter if he has a guess on how much longer and he said "well hes test driving now again a second time"... mind you that didnt answer my question. As I finally stand in queue for 25 minutes with 7 other people. (Why wouldnt you stager the customers completion times?) Finished time 4:35pm. On the drive home, It Still Pulls To The Side! NEVER will I EVER go to this place again. Biggest waste of time and so inconsiderate of customers. 9am-4:35pm. Get your act together.

Bought a used jeep and notice there was some problems after a month of owning I went to them to get the things fixed and told them my story just bought it and notice some problems and it was a big joke to them that I bought a car with problems. I let it slide and when they called me back saying I needed this fix and that fixed and I told them to just fix what I dropped it off for talk about over price parts and labor took it to a different shop with the print out that tires plus said that needed to be done they looked at it and said they wanted money out of you there is nothing wrong!!!!!!

I bought tires from TireBuyer and had them shipped to this store. They honored the TireBuyer install pricing. I had changed my struts and strut mounts to next day and took my Mustang back to this store for an ALIGNMENT CHECK.I heard the tech say the alignment was good. They only did the check but they wanted to charge the full price of the alignment. $90.00 verses $21.00. Difference of $70.00. If I didnt know better they would have said the alignment was done and charged me full price for services not done. I dont think ill be back.

This is a horrible place they lie just want your money I took my car in and the man that worked on it looked like a drug addict. The only person who knows what the are doing is the man named George he was the only one who was honest and well mannered. The other two men are lazy and selfish I was told I had to pay for air and the bigger guy was just starting at me and making comments to his workers. Like I said I will only go back if that George guy is there if not Ill go to Midas or tire kingdom

WOW do not buy the warranty on any tire from this place they tell you everything but one thing . They tell the customer that if anything happens to the tires they are covered yet i was never told to rotate my tires every 6000 miles so i didnt and the went bad then i went back to the store and the decided to prorate my tires and it cost me another $220 for a new set of tires. My advise go to a moms and pop shop youll be better treated. The tires plus guaranty is a pure gimmick. It is all a lie

I was in the middle of my work day seeing patients when my tire went flat, from a nail, probably from all the construction. I do not live in Zephyrhills and had no one to come and get me for the 2+ hour wait to be seen. Instead they did a quick assessment and was able to change my tire and get me out of there within 30 minutes. I really appreciated the customer service they provided and the quick work done by George to get me back on the road!

I was a bit skeptical after reading previous reviews so my first question was; "who is the manager and how long have you been here"? His name is Tim and just recently took over the store. He also told me he now has a certified technician, but for today I was only there for tires. They did a great job, gave me a couple quotes and I was in and out in about an hour. I recommend them and I plan on going back in the future! WCB

3 stars is over rating this place. 75 minutes to diagnose a tire even when I was the second customer in that morning. Not the first time I had to wait an untimely wait. I dont think they even read their google ratings. Just wow, I typically go to Jims Tire in Dade City. I will never come back here again, not even to air up my 10 speed. Thank you

The Puerto Rican manager makes fun of me and is a total jerk. Laughs in your face. Hes a total jerk and laughs in the back where you can hear him about "women suckers." Crooks. Not only that but they put my tire on wrong so it went flat

Their service was very friendly and relatively fast. However they did not fix my problem. I went there with an alignment problem and left with an alignment problem. So needless to day I wont be back.

Had a screw in my tire and it was leaking fast, they told me to come back in an hour and a half. Not a pleasant experience, go to Midas less than a mile away for good people.

Lowest price by far for the tire I needed. Friendly, and professional service. Would definitley purchase from them again, and recomend them to anyone in need of a tires.

I took my car in at a decent time, and it was a day before I could pick up my not fixed car! At the end of the day it costed me 350 dollars for them just to look at it!
