Very disappointed in the Manager Gary!!! I waited all day for a tool to come in because I was told it would arrive at 11:30am. Well it wasnt there as promised and Gary said that he would call me once it did arrive. 4 hours later I called back and found out that the tool had gotten there 2 hours prior. I went to pick it up and arrived back home only to find that the tool I was rented was broken!!! So my day is not only wasted because I wasnt able to fix my problem but on top of that it cost me money, unnecessary trips there and back and a lot of inconvenience. This place is a joke and I will not be going back to this location eve againr!!! Just to let you know I have shopped Autozone for over 25 years and this is the worst service that I have ever received from any location period!!!

Had to leave and go down to advanced auto to get waited on. 1 person working counter everyone else screwing around and having personal calls. Piss poor customer service...remember there are 2 other auto stores within 6 blocks of you!
