Absolute worst service Ive ever received. Took my Jeep in early on a Monday morning (engine was misfiring, probably needed the plugs changed), spoke with them, they said theyd get to it. I called around 4:30pm to see if they had a chance to look at it, was informed they hadnt and would "maybe" get to it on Tuesday. After hearing nothing on Tuesday, I called at 2:30. The man who answered (who was also the one I spoke with both times on Monday), whos name was Frankie, acted like he had no idea who I was, what vehicle I was talking about, nothing. He then took my number, said he would find out what was going on and call me right back. Fast forward to 3:45 and still not having heard back, I called again. This time (same guy) I was told that his "mechanic just got back from lunch 10 minutes ago" and said he would call me back. Then someone else called me (finally!), said they had a lift break down that day but would definitely have it done by Wednesday at 10am. Keep in mind, at this point they hadnt even looked at the vehicle, so to give that kind of hard turnaround time seemed a little ambitious, to say the least. So, Wednesday morning...10:15am...still havent heard from them. I called, was on the phone with Frankie again, who informed me that "long story short, your Jeep is on the lift right now and the oil is being drained. Should be done shortly". I never once asked for an oil change. Not once. When I asked why they were changing the oil he stated, "thats what they wrote on the paper to have done, I dont know why". I asked him if his name was Frankie, he stated it was...Frankie was who I spoke with on Monday morning. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give this place your business. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once did I receive an apology, my vehicle sat in a parking lot for two and a half straight days, and up until the last conversation I was nothing but kind and professional with them. Even after it was all said and done (I demanded they replace the oil, get the vehicle off the lift and that I would pick it up), they acted as if they couldve cared less.

This used to be a great shop and it appears that there are multiple 1-star reviews here recently. Had $1000+ worth of work and a $100 coupon. Forgot to mention that coupon on Saturday when I paid over the phone. They are closed early on Saturday and all of Sunday so I called first thing Monday morning to try and get a refund or account credit but the employee wasnt sure and would call me in a half hour. No call, so I show up later that day. A different employee denied the coupon but told me to catch the manager on Friday. Friday rolls around and the manager was, and I quote, "too busy" to see me and the coupon usage was denied. After 4 years of patonage, 4 currently serviced vehicles, and thousands spent I feel that they should have honored the dang coupon. If the owner is such a cheapskate on this issue, just think of the shortcuts he permits with regards to service. Their mechanical service is no better than any other mechanic in this town, and their customer service has gone way down recently. We are taking our vehicles elsewhere and you should too.

Horrible customer service!!! My husband took my car in on Wednesday morning at 8:30am to have the timing belt changed and the suspension checked. Only received one call about changing the oil that day. Called on Thursday at noon to see if it was done, my husband was told that our car was next in line. We knew they were busy so we gave them more time and called back today(Friday). The car still hadnt been touched! Went to pick up the car, because they obviously did not want our business. The person in charge acted like he could care less that they had us waiting so long and didnt fix the car. I would think twice before giving this place your business!

Was at an event in the area. Lost brakes in my truck right after arriving and unhitching the horse trailer. Called late Friday afternoon and got the truck in and fixed by noon on Saturday! Super service. Awesome work and VERY fair price!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Would be my regular service station if I lived in the area and not out of state!
