I have NO clue whats happening with the magical fingertips these ladies have but my hair is ALWAYS laid when I leave...and Im 100% natural!... I enter frizzy and I leave bone-straight! ... These blowouts are incredible! Plus...they are ALWAYS nice to me and quick! The prices are reasonable and they KNOW what they are doing! My hair has been okay on growth in the past, but in their care it has already grown about half an inch in 30 days! Most of the "regulars" are African-American women with natural hair that sits mid-back! Forget whatever you are trying that is NOT working..and start here...go every 2 weeks for a wash and set ... stay away from moisture and wrap your hair... I am 250% satisfied and a repeat customer! If this thing had a 100 star rating, Id give that! :)

The reason why I give a low review is not because of how the stylist do hair. Its because of customer service. Ive been going to the salon for several months. I asked Iris for Highlights , my hair was over processed, she asked me to come back in two weeks to fix my highlights. I paid an additional fee for the wash and set not the color fix. Still a mess, not happy at all! If Iris had good customer service she would not have charged for the second visit knowing the color was not done correctly the first or second time. The problem is they try to work on to many heads and dont do a good job. But expect you to pay full price. Needless to say I wont be going back nor my daughter. Need better customer service. Very Disappointing!!

I went in for a hair cut 2 Sundays ago for a layered cut on 14 inches of hair and they butchered my hair. The first woman attempt was obvious she didnt know how, then the manager or head stylist came over to fix and messed it up entirely. I thought maybe if I wash and style it might it wont be so bad. I realized it was worst than I thought. Dont make the same mistake I did. I normally go to a Dominican Salon in Norcross. I wont stray again. Now I will have to get hair extensions plus hair to fix this. I have lost $250 plus they charged me $50 for hair cut .

Ive been going here for 3 years now and I love it. All of the stylist are great and they are very accommodating. My hair has flourished. I used to get relaxers and I am completely transitioned to natural now and I love it!! My hair is healthy, long, and they always get my roots straight. My hair lasts for up to 5-6 weeks!!! And thats with sweaty workouts. Im so glad they are close by. Only thing Id change: to be able to set appointments during the week would be GREAT!!!

This was the worst experience ever. The stylist were rude and insisted on rolling your hair and putting you under the dryer for hours when I simply asked for a wash and blow out for myself and my daughter. It is the same cost either way but this way they can have you sit for hours and end and do nothing. Never going back. There is another shop 5 minutes from here that will do exactly what you requested.

Worst salon ever. Very expensive and she almost burn my hair because she kept talking. I kept waiting for her to get the heat of my hair since my hair is very thin so it doesnt take long to hair dry. In the end I had to stand up and tell her it was burning all she did was laugh. Seems to me they are jealous of Illeane salon. Ignorant, unproffesional.

they were very gentle, affordable, and knew how to work with my hair texture. my time there was very quick and received great results! i also loved the location of the salon, as it is only 15 minutes from my house. this beats having to drive 45 minutes to my regular salon! Juanitas hair salon now has a regular customer :-)

I wish they would refrain fom playing loud Dominican musics or any music. Your clients are not in majority Dominicans, when we come to do our hair we dont come to a club. I suggest shut the radio up and keep it quiet. Also speak English.
