Worst place ever! Went to color my hair at this place and I choose the red violet color from their color chat. I show the guy with gray hair who colored my hair a picture from Google to make sure if I will be able to get the color similar to the picture I showed him and he said its going to be like that now my hair is a mess I cant even let it down cuz Im so ashamed how it looks. Its terrible! In some part its black and some purple. Their chemicals was so smelly and strong that I couldnt breathe. At some point I wanted to tell him to stop and was off everything but I hold it hoping Ill get what I wanted. While he blow dried my hair he wasnt gentle. I requested him to lower the blow dryer setting down but he didnt listen now my scalp is all burned it hurts when I comb my hair or wash it. If I upload a picture of how my hair looks now youll think Im crazy that I paid 70 bucks for it. I couldve done way better at home with $5.99 hair color from Walmart. Even tho I didnt like the result I was kind enough to tip him $10 cuz I didnt wanted to BS and I already knew that I was never going to return here any ways.

I came here to straight my hair, and I paid 165$ for permanent straightening. She asked me wash my hair after one week. After I washed my hair, my hair is not straightening.. I came here again.. She asked me to wait, I was waiting for 20 minutes, then she said I cant do anything..you hair is curly thats why.. It is not look like straightening hair.. If it is not straight Why I have to pay for straight my hair..and the lady is so Rude.. When I talked to her she talked he co workers in Vietnamese about this.. She knows English..She doesnt know how to treat customers.. So impolite.. Cant give any stars to them..really bad customer service.. Be aware of this Saloon..

I came in one morning to expect a decent haircut but, ended the opposite way. Very very disappointing. My hair was ruined. Uneven cut. Styling was atrocious. The hairdresser was not only messing up the hair but very unprofessional. They cut hair like theyre cutting vegetables (beginners) which made me furious. Not only that but yanking on my ears which hurts. It was cringe worthy the way that they handled that razor. Never coming back again.

Ask for Brenda. I guarantee you you wont be disappointed. These reviews are bad because they didnt ask for her and went for someone else. She hops around 3 different hair salons due to high demand(obviously shes that good) if you want to get a hold of her, call in advanced!!
