Honest review: My hairdresser Natasha and Esthetician Robin are amazing which is why i keep going back, but this place lacks appreciation for their patrons. I spend A LOT of money at this salon and have been going religiously every 2 weeks for months. Instead of treating me like they appreciate my business, I get treated like im just another walk in - specifically by some of the ladies as i walk in and check out for services. Some of the ladies up front should try a better attitude more like "we appreciate your business" with a smile. It goes a long way. Ive received quite the opposite. Its more like stuck up, resting face, cold. In fact, Ive even been met with resistance twice when it comes to coupons that were actually printed by their business and given to me in their welcome pack by Robin and Natasha. They have chosen twice now to lose a product sale rather than apply a coupon they gave to me. Thats is not smart business. Ive given them the benefit of doubt because some times people just have bad days, but this is repeated behavior. Enough so, I felt compelled to right this review. Moving forward ill be drastically cutting back my spending here and making my PCA purchases elsewhere. Ill still frequent once in awhile for Natsha and Robins impeccable service, but all that money I would have spent supporting this biz on additional services, retail products, and in their gift shop, will now go elsewhere. You lost a loyal and supportive customer.

My family started going to Taylor Brooks about nine months ago. We didn’t start for any specific reason except that we’d noticed the shop while eating in the area and felt that it was time for a hair cutter change. By chance we started using Natasha. She is, to say the least, a very talented lady and we are extremely satisfied with her work. Natasha listens to us while knowing what might look good on us. Her recommendations and talent have definitely subtly changed our “looks” for the better. We always get very positive comments from friends and acquaintances after a visit. The salon itself is very welcoming and comfortable. It’s not at all pretentious.The staff is professional and friendly. As a value, you do get what you pay for, a great cut at a competitive price.

Jessica G is like the 5th person to do my hair over the past 10 years and I absolutely LOVE her. She is the sweetest girl and is always in a great mood. You can tell she just loves her job, is proud of what she does, and takes pride in her work. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and absolutely nails my highlights every single time... she is CONSISTENT. Never any yellow, gold, or brassy tones. She also cuts my 3 year old sons hair and shes so patient and sweet with him. She wins the best all around award, its an absolute joy to see her. I moved here from Louisiana going on five years. I tried a couple of other hair salons but to no avail. I finally just Googled and found Amber with Taylor Brooks Hair Salon. She is absolutely Awesome! She is very experienced and it shows in her work! She always listens, makes suggestions and I always walk out feeling great! She is consistently learning new techniques to polish her craft and stay up to date with ways to make her clients look better. The staff is friendly, professional and always there to help make better their clients experience a smooth one. I would definitely recommend Amber and Taylor Brooks Hair Salon and would give them more than five stars if I could.

Taylor Brooks is a GREAT salon! Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. I see John, and he is a color EXPERT! I have very long, very thick hair that is not the easiest to color or cut, and he nails it every time! He recently took me from foil highlights to balylage, and I have never been happier with my hair color. I have recently made an appointment with Robin to get my eyebrows waxed as well. Highly recommenced John and Taylor Brooks.

Stacey is a miracle worker! She dramatically improved my color and cut - I have my hair-confidence back. Everyone at the salon (and the Piper Lillies gift shop - which is attached to the salon) are wonderful. Oh, and their prices are reasonable. Gotta love that -
