Went to Alpharetta location in March for haircut and color for the first time in many years. Jessy did a great job and rebooked appointment for color for a month later. Next visit, Jessy gave me black roots for my medium light brown hair. Had to go back to get this corrected by Sara who seemed annoyed to have to do this. Decided to give the salon another chance in August and booked appointment with MJ. She color corrected my hair and gave a great haircut. Again - rebooked on site for 5 weeks later. The evening before my appointment I called to confirm and was told Sorry you have no appointment though had the appointment card in hand. Receptionist told me that the salon manager would have to call me back late the next afternoon and found this not acceptable. Maria, the manager, did call back in the morning only to tell me that they are human and make mistakes. Not asking for perfection but asking to have my appointment honored and have some flexibility to accommodate me since it was their error. I was told that since the hairdressers work all day and want to leave that they wouldnt help me. Seems that the lack of customer service and professionalism continues. Very disappointing that they dont care about retaining customers.

I saw HEYDE for highlights and a cut. I am VERY happy that I got her as my stylist. She was very friendly and nice and made nice conversation. She put me at ease, since I was a little scared that my hair wont turn out right. She listened to my wants and recommended alternatives that may enhance my ideal style. To say the least, she is an AWESOME STYLIST and very personable. Thank you, Heyde! I LOVE, LOVE my hair!!! SAMELLA was great, especially with my eyebrows. I wanted to have eyebrows without drawing it. I also thought my eyebrows had no hope for arches, but she made it all possible! I LOVE that she has an OCD to "fix" brows. Thank you, Samella!!! Now, I feel gorgeous, with my GREAT HAIR and NICELY ARCHED EYEBROWS! Thank you ladies!!! The salon itself was nice and not cluttered. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I like that they give you complimentary coffee, tea or water!

Ive been to Cora twice in the past six months, and she has NOT disappointed. She really listened to what I wanted and helped translate that in a way that would be flattering with my hair. Im Chinese, so the texture of my hair is very different from Caucasian hair, and in the past, I havent trusted anyone except for Asian stylists to give me my desired cut, but Cora seriously blew it out of the park and I will continue to see her at Bob Steele Salon! She also helped bring my black hair to a beautiful blonde balayage, and I cant wait to go back and try something new! I definitely wont be going anywhere else for a while.

I brought my teenage daughter in last spring, who was in tears at the time, after making a disastrous coloring decision at another salon. The situation was exacerbated by her and a friend attempting to fix her hair by themselves. Rebecca had a full schedule that day, but inbetween clients, she managed to "unorange" my daughters hair. The following weekend, Rebecca styled/colored my daughters hair and she was very happy. That Monday she came home from school, all smiles, having gotten many compliments from her friends.

Been going here for several years. The place is always spotless, the front desk girls are super attentive and prompt. The best part about this place is my stylist, Rebecca, my hair is hard to color right, she listens to me and works with me to get the results I want, I know that every time I go see her my hair will look amazing. Additionally, the quality of their products is top notch my color lasts and doesnt fade like it used to before I started visiting this place.

This place is great. The location is easy to get to off 400, the front desk person is friendly and gets you taken care of immediately. Best of all, Haley is wonderful- this girl knows her stuff. She makes me look great and gives me useful tips to help me continue the style. I like how she does my hair and color (and even washes it)- Im not sent from one person to another. Ill be back and have already sent friends here.

Stacey has been my stylist for several years, and I would never dream of trusting my tresses with anyone else. She really listens, has great ideas, is never pushy, and does an amazing job. Shes extremely helpful in offering tips on keeping up my style. On top of all of that, shes a sincerely sweet and fun person!

Im a mom of two little kids. If I schedule something I have to plan the whole day around it.. Today I came in for color and they had me on the computer for yesterday. What did they do??? Nothing!. They let me go home!!! They couldnt care less!!! Dont go there!!! Im sorry but they suck.

I loved my whole experience, esp. my colorist, Ivy. She recommended several different ideas and did, for the first time, EXACTLY as I requested...Turned out wonderful..! Products are well above par and prices fantastic/affordable. Will def. go back and tell all my friends.

I love this place! The service is fantastic, the quality is superb and the prices are very affordable! Sara Kimberl has been my stylist there for a while now and not only is she attentive and knowledgeable, but she is a great stylist and gives me a great cut every time!

Sara was absolutely great. She made sure that I had the haircut I love and that works with my hair. Ive gotten tons of compliments on it. Ill definitely be coming back and would recommend the salon to friends.
