During the course of my reroofing, they knocked off my furnace hood pipe (which is above the roof) causing a potentially deadly carbon monoxide leak inside our home. Thankfully we have a carbon monoxide detector and were amply warned. Tommy stood in my house, looked me in the eye and shook my hand saying if they were the cause of the leak, they would pay to have it repaired. Atlanta Roofing refused to accept responsibility for it even after an HVAC contractor that THEY RECOMMENDED said the damage was done by the roofers. I tried calling Atlanta Roofing numerous times and left numerous voicemails, but every single attempt to contact them was simply ignored. This contractor seems to have zero interest in their customers after they receive payment and I would avoid. You would think they would take a carbon monoxide leak much more seriously, considering it can potentially kill you. Would appreciate a callback from Rusty Williams or Tommy, but my expectations with this company are below zero.

Being somewhat new homeowners, replacing our roof was our first large project to needed to be done. My parents recommended Kevin as they used them when they had their Roof replaced about 5-6 years ago. My parents have been incredibly satisfied, so they had Kevin and Mark contact me. Our quote hit the nail on the head for our budget and so far, the product is worth far more. Scheduling our install was a breeze and convenient. Communication with Mark is great....very quick to respond. The team did a great job and didnt even stop working to eat some pizza! They also replaced some fascia and soffit were it had damage. Great color swatches to choose from and we actually found a perfect match ! They did a great job cleaning up. Very professional team! Wed highly recommend them

Update: 3/2/17 Another leak 4 years after the roof install. Same spot they "fixed" just after the initial install. I suspect it wasnt actually fixed based on the spots on my ceiling. It looks like i have another over my porch. No return to my calls or emails for warranty support after several weeks. Guess the warranty is junk. Ive got a call into another company to quote a fix. =( ----------------original post: Tommy came out and gave me a straight forward estimate and even rearranged schedules on short notice to make sure that my new roof was put on before the weather turned bad. On top of that, they were the most competitively priced of all the quotes i got. Thanks Tommy and Atlanta Roofing Contractors!

I did try to do my best research online before hiring them, but when their sales rep Kevin asked for a 50 percent deposit i was really nervous, they were about 3 days backed up, and based on their reputation i decided to take the risk, Kevin told me he would call the day prior to beginning which he did. The only problem the day before they didnt finish their last job, and they didnt arrive until almost lunch. They worked the rest of the day, and finished the next day after lunch. The job was good quality, i just wished i would have known it was a 2 day process as i missed 2 days of work.

The day before the crew was to show up they called and said what time they would arrive in the morning. They showed up on time at 0730 hrs (730 AM) and were finished by 1915 hrs (715 PM). The crew was very professional and gave us an idea of what they were doing and went to work. There were 6 in the crew and they worked as a very efficient team and the job flowed smoothly. They also ensured that we had proper venting in the garage as there never was any venting. They did a great clean up job and only slightly damaged the plants around the house.

I am an agent. My buyers purchase a property that had a new roof installed in December by Atlanta Roofing Contractors. It has only been 3 months and the roof is already leaking. Atlanta Roofing Contractors will not even answer the phone. My client and I have left numerous messages without a single response. Unacceptable.
