2. On July 18 a Castle workman came to the house to complete repairs we had agreed on with the salesman. The salesman said he would be here during the repairs but never showed up. While here the workman: (1) broke off numerous plants around the house by throwing roofing off the roof; (2) either carelessly or on purpose blew a large amount of roofing coating off the roof on to my head; (3) left piles of coating around the back of the house; and (4) as of the present count left 35 roofing nails laying on the deck and ground where my granddaughter plays. 3. On top of everything else I asked him if he had repaired the flashing around the standpipes; he told me he wasn’t told to do that. 4. I called the salesman the next day and told him what had happened. We were leaving shortly on a trip, I said he needed to take a look while we were gone and get this fixed right away when we returned. 5. We were gone about 2 ½ weeks and were back 2 or 3 weeks and the salesman never called back. When we returned we found new water stains in a new location around the same skylight that leaked previously. Obviously, the new leak was the result of the Castle repairman’s shoddy work. Finally, I called the repairman and he did come out and supposedly made the appropriate repairs. 6. We’re still waiting to see if the alleged repairs solved our leaks.

Very quick to get out and give estimate and make an somewhat overpriced, but apparently adequate repair.They left a business card with a note to contact company for billing, which was done twice -- with no return call. Finally received an invoice by mail after almost 2 weeks, but within 2 business days received rude call stating that it had been almost 30 days and wondering where their money was. No Dave at Castle, it had been 17 total days and again we had only received the invoice 2 business days prior. He also spoke to the wife and was extremely rude to her when calling and then refused my call when i returned call to office. Did finally speak to billing person and make full payment. Also let billing department know that they would be receiving any work orders for any of our properties in the future. Way to go with the customer service Dave.

Castle Roofing completed my roof in less than one day. They installed new siding and trim that made my house look like new. They were very professional, timely, courteous, and left my property clean. I would recommend then for any home improvement. Gutters, siding, windows, insulation and all types of roofing. Best company ever!
