I called AIC just hoping to fix a leak, but when Blaine came he actually went up on the roof and looked it over (the other place I called just went from aerial pictures they had from the web). He was informative and gave me brochures with information on different options on shingles and colors. He answered my questions and looked up the answer for where the shingles were manufactured as Id read online one factorys shingles werent as good as the others. AICs price was considerably lower than the other company I had gotten a quote from. The roofers showed up on time and got to work right away even though it was a cold and windy day. In spite of the wind they did a good job cleaning up. They even finished a little earlier than they had told me they would. I did find a couple nails and some of the pull off tabs from the sticky part, but not as much as I was afraid Id find since it was very windy that day. The roof looks good and now I have air flow in the crawl space attic, which I didnt have before and didnt know there was supposed to be.

We couldnt be more pleased with our experience with AIC. My family and I moved to Lexington this past summer, and soon after we moved, our roof began to leak. We called several roofing companies and asked them for a consultation and to prepare an estimate. By far, the team at AIC was the most professional of the bunch; moreover, their estimate was very competitive and detailed. When the time came to replace the roof, the AIC team maintained great communication. When I arrived home from work, my home had a beautiful new roof and AIC was there to do a thorough walk-through of the job. Lastly, their clean-up effort was superb. While I think its probably impossible to catch every last nail on a roof replacement, I can count on one hand the number of nails that I have gathered from our lawn after the replacement. All in all, just a fantastic job by the team at AIC. I would highly recommend these folks for any roofing needs.

I was in need of completing an extensive amount of work on my property: installing three new roofs (on my home, detached garage, and a new adjacent structure), and installing new metal fascia/soffit trim and gutters (on both my home and detached garage). My goal was to find a company that would provide excellent quality craftsmanship at a fair and reasonable price. After obtaining quotes from three companies, I decided to hire AIC. We have had several tricky leak issues on two different older houses in Lexington. We have tried other companies in the past, but they never actually fixed the leaks, and charged an arm and a leg. We were finally referred by a friend to AIC roofing. We cant say enough great things about AIC. Blaine and his colleagues are professional, efficient, and give you reasonable estimates of the work up front. They dont inflate estimates or try to sell you on a bigger project when they can fix your problem for far less. They do the work on the day they say they will, and they stay in contact with you so that you can plan accordingly. Most importantly, our roofs no longer leak. After speaking with several roofing compaies we decided to go with AIC. Not only did they offer a reasonable price but more so they were extremly professional and a pleasure to work with. We had them replace an old roof and gutters and also add a pitch to a flat roof addition we had. They addressed every concern/question we had, were great with timeline communication, and due to no fault of theirs quickly responded and repaired some interior damaged caused by a freak downpour that occured mid work. I cant say enough about everyone at this company from the office folks (billing/scheduling), to Craig the foreman, to the workers on site. This was a painless and smooth process and I highly recommend this company for any level of work someone may need.

I would highly recommend AIC to anyone. We needed to have some small repairs made to the siding of our house. They were prompt and professional, and even went beyond what we had first discussed in order to disguise the difference between the new siding and the faded original siding. Their estimate was also about 6-7 hundred dollars cheaper than the other company I called who really didnt want to do the work unless they could sell me a new roof as well(which was not necessary). We were selling our house and the service and professionalism was a relief to my wife and I. If AIC deals with every customer the way the dealt with us, I would say you are doing yourself a disservice not to use these guys.

We recently engaged AIC Roofing to replace our entire roof following hail damage. AICs proposal was very professional, and they offered us a number of options for upgrades, some of which we opted for. We chose AIC over the contractor recommended by our insurance company, based on AICs competitive price and a strong recommendation from a neighbor. Shortly after the replacement, we put our property up for sale. The building inspector for a potential buyer commented to us enthusiastically that he was very impressed with the quality of workmanship on our new roof -- it has become a selling feature! We had a couple of ceiling leaks in our home, and due to the complexity we needed a roofing contractor to help us do the repairs. We looked at a number of local contractors, and received quotes from some of them. We went with AIC Roofing as their quote was competitive, and the repair solution offered seemed to be the most practical for our issue, based on extent of repair required as well as flexibility in material choice. The process from quote to repair was easy and hassle free. The repair itself appears seamless with the adjoining siding, and of course has eliminated the leaks in our ceiling. We are very happy with our choice of AIC Roofing to do our repairs.

We have a few properties which included 4 plexes, houses, farms and personal property. I have used AIC roofing three times in the past 12 months, for leaks in roofs, gutter covers and gutter replacement. We found them through Angies list. We chose them from reading the positive feedback that they received. Their bids are competitive with others, but what we found was that they were eager to do the job and did it correctly. Blaine and company will be hearing from us more in the future. I thank Blaine and his crews for their good and honest work. I would only recommend to others, people or companies that I have had positive experiences from.
