Truly disappointed with the level of customer service in this location. I referred 2 ladies to this location, and they came back to me and said it was the worst experience ever. One young lady came in to get her lashes done, and ended up getting a hack job for her brows. She decided not to get her lashes done, and when she went to pay for her discounted service, the artist over charged her, and refused to make good on the service charge. I will never refer anyone else to this location for any type of service.

Worst experience ever!!!!!Do not get your lashes done here. I got individual lashes for a trip I recently went on, had the lashes on for one day, woke up the next morning the whole right eye was OFF!!!! I had to ride all over the place looking for someone to do one eye for me, IT WAS SO INCONVENIENCING especially since I didnt know where I was going and had just paid someone $35.00. The person that did my lashes name is Asia.

Ive been to this place before to get a brow tint done. I decided to go back a few months later to try it again. Only this time I got a -over. My brows were a mess, they kept putting concealer on the tint to cover the mess the girl made. The first time I went the tint was $25.00 this time it was $35. NEVER AGAIN!!!
