I will not even rate this company 1/4 star. Judy the Owner, does not care enough about her business to return phone calls when you have a question or complaint. Kyle at the front desk is a joke. If you are foolish enough to become a member of this company you better watch them. They will nickel and dime you to death. You are suppose to get a discount which in the 2 years Ive been a member there, I have never received a discount on my brow waxing or the merchandise purchased. If you share your unused "banked" monthly sessions they charge you an extra fee. Not the guest that arrives but the member... the one that already paid the $49. So now their appointment just cost you $59-$64. Yes we have been charged 2 different prices for the same thing! Also, heaven forbid a family member passes away and you go out of town or since you have an important job assisting the owner of your business and this requires you to cancel your appointment later then 24 hours prior, they will still charge you the $49 per appointment not cancelled within 24 hours notice. So if you are taking a friend that day and your Grandparent passed away, you are charged for the $98 of your appointments! I had somewhere close to 13 "banked" sessions. We just cancelled our appointment and were told that I no longer have 9 of those "banked" sessions because of cancellations. So because my career causes me to be so busy and the owner to my business does not give us a 24 hour notice when they have something for us or a meeting..... it cost me $441.00. That is what Kyle just told me! If you snooze, you loose! So say NO to this company and their scam of a membership and go to La Vida Massage, where the people are caring and they have hearts!

I would definitely give Facelogic in Roswell a five star rating. I have been a member of Facelogic for over 5 years and I look forward to my monthly facials and enjoy every minute I am there. The girl who does my facials is named Stephanie. She is very sweet and she does the best facial I have ever had. They are fantastic and so very relaxing. So much so that I have fallen asleep on many occasions. The office manager, Kyle is so pleasant, funny, knowledgeable and I enjoy making my monthly appointments and buying products from her. Judy the owner is wonderful and I look forward to seeing her when she is there. Sometimes I will get upgrades and they really help my skin, especially the exfoliating ones. I am 69 years old and people say that I look like I am in my late 50s early 60s. I attribute this to Oprah as she has said many times that if you do facials on a regular basis that you probably wont need a face lift or Botox. I really like that Stephanie knows my skin and will introduce me to new products and tell me what is best for my skin. She is very knowledgeable and I use pretty much all their products as they are really great and very reasonable. Facelogic is wonderful - so do yourself a favor and book a facial - you deserve it and I guarantee you will be back for more.

Do not sign a monthly contract!!!!!!! I went in here for a facial. Right after it was done, I was presented with a program where they charge your card every month whether you are able to attend or not. If you have the time to go once an month then thats great but if not, you will be stuck paying and having the treatments add up. I realized after 3 months that I was unable to benefit from this and asked to discontinue the program. They add on another 2 months beofre they stop charging your card and you have to use all the unused treatments in those 2 months! I have a full time job and am a mother of two and am lucky to find time for myself once, certainly not 5 times! I called the manager and she said she would speak with the owner but it would not help. So here I am, out of 250.00 dollars that they just pocketed for doing nothing! All I wanted to make up was what I had paid for and never received a word back from the manager or Owner!!!

I have never left anyone negative reviews, but I have to write this... so that no one is going to go through the same troubles as I did. I signed up for their membership, which requires that you visit their spa monthly, about a year and half ago. I got relocated overseas, so the last time I went there... I cancelled my membership. After six months, returning from my trip, I noticed that they not only kept charging me the service that I cancelled/didnt use, they also put my account to collection and it ended up on my credit report! This is how they treated me as a customer who spent thousands of dollars with them. The day that you stopped being their customer, they try their best to screw you. Im not sure this is good business practice...

I have been getting facials consistently (6-10 times a year) for the past 9 years; therefore I have a lot of experience when it comes to facials. The first word that comes to mind when I think of Facelogic is professional. Facelogic is without a doubt my favorite place for facials because the skincare therapists listen to your concerns and really take the time to customize a skincare solution. Not only are the facials incredible, but they are affordable. At only $55 monthly, you receive a signature facial OR massage, and usually I have to pay $75-85 for a facial at other spas. Thank you Cassidy for my amazing facial, its been almost a week since I came in and, my skin is still clear!

Being a guy, I havent been one who searched out massage and facial facilities. However, after hearing many people talking about FaceLogic in Roswell, I decided to try a massage. I received a deep tissue massage. This one really dug down deep in to the muscle and released knots. I will not say it is a gentle rub, but what it released and uncovered was incredible. Afterwards, I was actually able to turn my head further than before. Great relief and feeling all over. I have also returned for a facial and must say this was great as well. Feels great and clean. Very relaxing. Plus, the at home use products are great. No irritation or skin issues using the completely organic products.

I have been going to FaceLogic in Roswell for about 2 years now and I LOVE it! My face looks like a million bucks thanks to Matt, although all the personnel are great. I was just in there Saturday and my age came up in conversation...its 60. I got fantastic compliments from both a woman and a man who were had just finished their first facials and massages. They both thought I was much younger! Then...there are Errols massages...they are to die for! He even paid special attention to my knee when I recently injured it. Cant beat the price or the service....both are amazing! Take out some time for YOU!

Ive now had a handful of facials at Facelogic Spa and couldnt be happier. Ive never had the same esthetician twice but thats never been a problem as each one has done a lovely job - I walk out with a clean, glowing face and Im so relaxed and happy - I just wish I could keep that feeling all day! Im not a member but because the prices are reasonable, I dont really need to be though I would love to have facials monthly if I could afford that. I highly recommend this spa.
