NEVER AGAIN! My first time at Renew, and my last. We were greeted with agitation and paperwork, as we were 10 minutes late due to forgetting the gift card at home. The massage was mediocre, very relaxing to the mind but not therapeutic to the muscles. At checkout we were asked to pay for the full 60 minutes ($75 each), even though we only received 45 minute massages. I politely paid for the bill and asked to speak to a manager, in which a lady sitting at the desk replied harshly and annoyed, "Im the Owner." "This is a business and if youre late thats your appointment time taken". She was VERY rude and disrespectful. Next a man (husband/co-owner?) butted in and said, "thats the way it is." When I continued to ask a question, he interrupted me loudly and sarcastically with "well thanks for coming in" asking us to leave. All this company cares about is money. Quantity over quality. What sort of business doesnt allow for lateness? One who only cares about money and not their customers. For a fantastic, deep-tissue, truly therapeutic massage go to Rejuvenate Body Spa in Sandy Springs. 60 minutes = $60 and you will be treated with luxury and respect!

I have had severe challenges with TMJ syndrome for over 15 years now. I started to use TMJ massage attempting to prevent surgery. Previous experiences have caused me a great deal of pain and sometimes surgery. I decided to try Renew based on the online reviews and I am so glad that I did! The staff was pleasant, the spa itselt is beautiful and the relaxing smells arent overpowering like some places. The best of all was my therapist. She was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable. She also was very attentive to my problem areas. She didnt hurt me and was very effective with my jaws. She showed me how to do certain techniques at home to help with the tension in my jaws. It was the best TMJ massage I ever had and I will be back!! Thandi McClain

What a lovely gem! Dont be fooled by the modest outside, inside lies an oasis! Small fountains with an unpretentious, lush decor and the kindest, warmest staff Ive ever encountered at any service establishment ever! I had the aroma therapy massage which was amazing. I also had a full facial with an under eye treatment. The beds are comfortable and some are even heated! Both of my massage therapists were lovely ladies. They even allow you a break between services to dine on small appetizers, tea, and cucumber water. Youre allowed a robe and a wrap with slippers for easy movement between rooms. I felt like I was floating by the time I got picked up! It was amazing. I definitely want to go back with the spouse next time.

My sister and I booked a 90 minute massage at Renew Day Spa and it was AMAZING! From the time you walk in the door until you leave, incredible. The staff was so warm and inviting. The weather outside was awful so to come in from the cold and rain and have this experience was such a treat. We are going to make this our yearly get-away only next year we will probably be there all day. I have told anyone who will listen about the next time they are in the Atlanta area this is worth a stop. Thank you Renew Day Spa for a wonderful and relaxing experience. See ya next year!

I liked the atmosphere. The massage was very good. I did the couples massage and I would have liked it to be together instead in separate rooms. Other than that, a great experience.
