Scam! Awful. A suspicious man pulls up in a car with California plates, no uniform or identifying info, a black gym bag, and a disturbingly quiet man in glasses that was his "partner." My front door lock was jammed up and the "locksmith" wiggled it, examined it like he was doing something professional, and then said my options were to break the lock for $150 and he would add a replacement but he only had one on him and it was used and that would cost $90. I was so desperate that I said ok. He breaks out a DeWalt drill and before I know it, he is drilling into the door and the lock stripping and destroying the handle, frame and finish. I said "well hell I could have done that!" The "locksmith" looked identical to every radical Islamic terrorist Ive seen before. He said "done" after he destroys my property and left the mess there. He pulls out a generic fill in carbon copy invoice pad, scribbles in some info and then pulls out his phone with the Square attachment and swipes me card. It was awful when I called him later to tell him he had to come back and finish the job. The way he left it was no different than destruction of property - a crime. And the "home office" was so rude. They offered no help and started harassing me by blowing my phone up. Im pretty sure when I paid $150 that I funded some terrorist activities.

Fail. Couldnt make my key because it said it was less common. Its a regular 66 house key.
