Shop local, shop small. In a modern world, its difficult to find trade shops that will try to repair the broken items before pushing you to buy the new. Sometimes cheaper and newer is a bigger sales pitch but the quality is sacrificed. At Grotts, they try to repair before replacing when possible and as quickly as they can while maintaining your securitys integrity. Keeping you, your families and your possessions safe and secure is a top priority.

Worst customer service, had them replace the locks at our business and when the lock failed to lock Friday evening he refused to come back and correct his crappy job on the door. Which one would expect that if you cant lock the door from the inside it is faulty! He had to wait til we figured it out Friday and was closed until Monday leaving us to find some one else pop a lock to fix his mistake!
