4 Star only because of the price. I have this little place I like to go to when I am up around Peachtree Dunwoody, and they wash my car the exact same for $70. I pulled into this car wash, got in a long line of very nice cars, felt really good about everything, but then the attendant told me about the pricing (keep in mind.. I had some dirt on my fender wells and my "car" is a toyota tacoma.. its a fricken truck) and I felt like I wanted to leave.. unfortunately I was blocked in.. so I went with it.. I bought the cheapest "inside and out" wash for $179 and left my truck. I came back to get it when they called and got in to drive off. A guy chased me down and said "One of your light covers is missing" so I got out to look.. and one of my (4 lights across the front of the truck with hella plastic covers on them) caps was missing. He said he would go inside and see what he could do. He came back out and said "Here, this is a gift card for $50 off your next wash" and I stared at it for a second and said "I dont want your money.. I want my light cover.. I dont want $50 off a $179 wash, I just want to leave with my truck the same way it was when I got here.." and he pointed to a sign and said "We arent responsible for aftermarket parts flying off" and I said "for $179.. I thought for sure I would be washed by hand.. not sent through some machine.." and I was not upset, I was just disappointed, my day was ruined, and it had been a really good day up to this point.. SO I left. I went home.. and I gota phone call. It was the manager at the car wash and he said they had found the light cover and I told them I would come back and get it. I went back to get it and I tried to give him back the $50 gift card.. but he let me keep it.. which was great consolation.. and then after I got the cover put back on.. I started to actually take it in.. take in the good job they had actually done. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely go back if money didnt matter.

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WAX SERVICE. I brought my vehicle in for a wash and wax. When my vehicle was ready, I went outside to pick the car up and found many areas that were clouded and dull. Upon closer look, it was simply the areas where the technician neglected to buff off the wax. I pointed it it out and he was happy to keep wiping. Once he finished wiping that initial area, I had to keep pointing out to him additional areas that needed attention. If it wasnt for me doing my own inspection, no additional areas would have not been buffed again cause he sure wasnt volunteering to re-inspect the entire car again. Eventually I left because I couldnt immediately see any additional areas that wax remained. Unfortunately, the next day I approached my car in my parking spaced and noticed another large area on the front right quarter panel that I missed. I wasnt about to make a special trip up there for them to correct the problem cause it wasnt worth the time. So, about two weeks later, I brought my car back to Mister Car Wash at the same Piedmont Road location to have it washed (not waxed) again. I told the sales person at the car pull-up what happened. He didnt seem to be too concerned and went on with his business. I then asked him if he thinks running my car through the wash again would rid the car of all the remaining wax. He said "yes". When they called that my car was ready, the car looked clean. But there were still wax areas on the vehicle. So, the take away for anyone reading this is: Purchase the $13.95 wash and STAY AWAY from their was service.

This place is always busy so you would assume they do an awesome job, right? The check in part is fairly smooth (they always try and make you upgrade which is rather annoying) but it gets dicey when it comes to check out. I was there last week and waited 5 minutes to pay with 2 women behind the counter. 1 was looking for something the other was staring at me. I finally had to say "I am ready to pay" and then I was helped. They have a large waiting area... a great place to kids to run around and parents to not control them. The noise level was so high that I had trouble reading so I thought I would check my email and do some work. The internet was so painfully slow that I just sat on a couch and waited. And oh how I waited. It took 1 HOUR for my car to be washed and dried and this was at 10:00 am. After finally hearing my car be called and going to try and get it, management had me cornered in the parking lot to just "chat". I REALLY needed to go and they did not recognize that. And here is the best part. 2 days later, I notice things are missing from my car. Nothing too big, but still, things were missing. I actually called up there to see if it is normal and talked to a customer service girl and she said it is completely normal for thing to go missing during a wash?! WHAT!? Why would an employee even admit that?! I will not ever go back here.

And would not take responsibility for it. I used to be a regular, but the last time I went, they scratched up my car in a major way, and would not take responsibility. They claimed to keep a constant video record of the whole process, start to finish, all day long, for every car, but when I asked them which of their employees actually drove my car (a piece of information requested by the police when filing a report), they said they couldnt tell from the video. Im not sure what kind of video doesnt capture the driver getting into the car and driving it. Unfortunately without any video the police say its their word against mine. The cop I spoke to said they get calls VERY frequently from Cactus customers who report scratches, wrecks, and stolen items from their cars. PLEASE do not go to Cactus.

I was driving by, they were busy, so I thought this was a great place. My car stays clean but brake dust is always an issue. The attendant said when I pulled up, "man your car already looks clean". Which I followed by saying I really need my rims attended to. I purchased the hand wash ($40 wasted) and he yelled to the guy, "he wants attention to his rims!" Well 30 minutes later my car still looked as cleans as it did when I arrived but the rims... Well I had to tell the guy working on my car and what looked like a manager that the rims arent done! Both looked at me like I was crazy and still half azz did it. Im not really sure why this place is so busy! NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! Ill make the drive to Tyrone and for less money get a totally clean car at Reflections.
