Update 10/10/2016 The owner after a week has yet to call me back and tell me he is sorry for the damage done, or to pay for the damage. This owner is never there and says he is in Chicago and is unwilling to travel to Cincinnati to fix this problem. We have already got an estimate to fix this damage, but are waiting until he pays for it. I do not understand how as a business owner how you are completely unprofessional in your actions. Not returning phone calls, not handling a situation you know you are responsible for as you have stated that your employees remove antennas. (Which are impossible to remove by hand without some sort of tool.) That again your employee used and scratched my vehicle. Update 10/5/2016 As the manager expressed below and on the phone when I spoke with him today. They take the antenna off prior to going through the tunnel., that is when this damage was done as the employee used some sort of (RUSTY!!!) channel locks/wrench to try and remove the antenna. Once he realized that he had scratched the fender he left it on. The antenna did go through the wash as witnessed by me. This vehicle left and no one stated anything about what they had done. The vehicle was then parked in my garage at home, this is when I noticed the damage and tried to contact you but the business was closed for the day. There is no possible way this damage was done anywhere else.. After speaking with you on the phone I would hope that you will rectify this situation and pay for the damages. My vehicle was damaged after going here. One of the employees tried to remove my antenna and ended up scratching the paint off of the edge of my fender. This is a brand new vehicle. We witnessed the employee messing with the antenna and noticed it when we got home what he had done. This happened this Saturday October 1st. We have tried to call 6 times today Sunday with no answer, and no way of leaving a voice mail. I will be trying again tomorrow to get someone on the phone as this damage needs to be fixed.

after lot of googling i went to this place .Customer receive was good I opted out for the Silver wash , once i left the vehicle and reached reception to pay my bill. It started to rain , the receptionist gave me a slip saying if it rains before today midnight then i get exterior wash at the price of 3$. I found it good . After 7 to 8 minutes i got my vehicle back , as it was raining i headed back to my place .After getting i inspected the exterior wash was average there was some places where water was not fully dried out . The interior they vacuumed,but it was not done thoroughly i see some particles here and there .My trunk was not even touched . My dash board and my cup board was not wiped out , i dont know whether it will come with the package .

Well, initially its been a great place to patronize. However, upon my last visit, an employee was too incompetent in understanding how power mirrors work and decided to pull my mirror out by hand and broke it. They have yet fixed my situation now, and it is nearing three weeks and no one is responding. I dont think bringing a Mercedes or anything you regard as something valuable or nice to this place. Not all of the workers are incompetent, just the one who decided to pull out my mirror and leave a Mercedes with a flappy mirror.

This used to be a decent place, but now they hire complete trash. I paid $25 for a job that looked worse than my 8 years old son could do. When I told the owner about how they didnt even vacuum it out all the wya he offered to vacuum it out again. Then had the trashy amazon woman come run her mouth to me. Lucky for them my son was with me so I kept it cool. Had to leave with my car looking terrible like it hadnt even been washed either. Ill be back once I calm down to get a refund since the job wasnt completed.

I drive an eleven-year-old car, which I have taken good care of, but it is an old car nonetheless. I took my car to Shine N Ride to be detailed, and when I got it back I was blown away by how terrific it looked. I have been a customer of theirs for about six years, and Ive never had a problem. Theyre always very nice, and they bend over backwards to do a good job.

Thank God Jeff is back! After two new owners - neither of which knew how to run a car wash in my opinion, Jeff, the old manager was brought back to "fix" the place. He was the reason I always went up there - because he made sure the job was done right, and done quickly. If you stopped going there because it had gone downhill - and it had - give it another try.

Workers here stole my sons ipod out of our van when we they took it through. Attempts to contact management were not helpful. Opened a police report, but they doubt we will get it back. Will never come here again, will tell everyone I know what happened here.
