I came in to get an exterior wash, and to have the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I did not want the carpets shampooed, but I wanted all surfaces wiped down and cleaned, and then I wanted it vacuumed. I paid $51 for these services at 1:18 pm. At 3:00 pm I was finally able to take my car and leave. Over 90 minutes working on my car. Then I get in my car and it looks good, and clean, but wait! As I go to drive away I notice that the Kia laminated cheat sheet for the car, which I keep in door pocket, well its not here. So I park in front of car wash to find it. The manager who had assisted in cleaning the interior approached and asked what was wrong. I told him what I was looking for and he went to see if it had been left on cart in detail area. A few minutes later the guy who first worked on my car came over with the sheet I was looking for, and he also had my keys for work in his hand, too! He said to me that they had to move my belongings to detail car, but then had moved MY belongings to another car when they had to move my car! What? To another car? Why? And am I missing anything else that I just dont remember? So, had I not noticed that sheet missing, I wouldnt have even noticed that my HR office keys were missing until I went to work the next day and couldnt get in my office! What the heck? Also, as I was looking in car for this sheet, I see that my two catch caddies I have on side of the front seats were never vacuumed out...there was still dust, garbage, even a french fry in one of them! Then, I see that my visor was never moved, or cleaned. I had told him that I had a pop spraying mishap and that pop was everywhere. I even pointed to visor. Nothing was done to the visor. The door on the visor that slides open to reveal a vanity mirror was so sticky with pop still it will not open easily. The inside of the rear window was not cleaned, either, as evident by the silhouettes that are still there from two window clings that were removed by me months ago. I see those silhouettes every time I look in the rear view mirror, and theyre still there. So, over 90 minutes and $51, but I still had dirty window, stickiness and garbage in car, and almost lost my work keys!!! I know that I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Been using this car wash since Mr. Clean name - so roughly 3 years. Over the last 6 months the quality of the wash has diminished rapidly. My vehicle is dirtier after the wash than prior. Ive resorted to cleaning my rims manually to get the dirt off that the wash put on because I touch them up between washes. Water spots are horrible now, where as previously they were not an issue. Today (March 15, 2016) I leave not only with a truck that has more dirt than when I came, it smells like a city dump both inside and out. The past two washes Ive got from this location the water smells like trash. Only now my truck does too. I was hoping to enjoy a nice ride in my clean truck on my break with the windows down - not happening. I can smell my truck 10-15 feet away in the parking lot. Awesome service guys. Walked in to cancel my membership since they no longer allow you to do this over the phone and the worker on his cell phone sitting at the front desk had to hold his personal call to tell me I would have to wait for someone to cancel my membership. Jon (General Manager), I tried to call to speak to you today on the phone, but since no one answered, typical, and the service is absolute garbage (literally, garbage scented service), Ill just leave my two cents here. If youre thinking the free vacuum helps, just know 90% of the time they dont even pull suction. The hours are horrible. This is unfortunate because most of the detailers and staff here are excellent at what they do - it seems the money isnt going into maintenance as it should so their customer base will dwindle quickly. No one wants their new vehicle to smell like trash. Hopefully this helps.

I literally just left the Pro-clean car wash...what a massive disappointment. I would have given the rating one star but I was happy with the exterior wash. I cant express how mad that I am with the interior cleaning of my car. I was told that my car was vacuum but the rugs dont look like they have been touched...the mats looked like they were the only thing cleaned and then they werent even put back the correct way. The interior carpet under the mat wasnt touched at all. There was still dust on the dashboard. The attention to detail was absolutely none existent. I have to do the interior myself which I was trying to avoid. So really the word "disappointment" doesnt describe what Im feeling. Im angry that I spent $27 plus $6 tip for a poor job! Dont go to this car wash for interior clean...go for the car wash only. I must admit the attendant at the entrance was extremely helpful.

We read the reviews prior to going to this place, and were hesitant about going, however, we were going to be in the area so we went anyway. We are glad we did. The service was great. We paid for the $23 package which included just what we were looking to have done. We pulled up, paid, and had an attendant drive our car through for us so we could go inside. Our SUV looked spectacular when it came out! Then about 4-5 employees started cleaning the inside. They were awesome with the detail they performed. They even did the inside of the windows which we did not expect. An employee came inside when they were done to tell me they were, at which time I asked to speak to the manager. I took the opportunity to tell the manager what a great job they all did and that we would definitely be returning. This place is well worth the money for what you get! Great job!!!

I bought a monthly pass for silver service in December. I realized that I did not need wax on my car every few days so I tried to change to bronze service today. I was told that I had already been charged for the month so that if I wanted to change I would have to pay for the new service in addition to the old. Now I could have waited until the end of the month to change but did not want to continue to pile up wax. I asked them to just apply what I paid for the month to the less expensive service I was requesting. They could not do that. If I wanted to switch now, I had to pay for both. I refused and canceled my account but I am stuck for the month of January. They did not even offer to help me remove the sticker on my windshield which was not an easy task. I dont think my request was unreasonable.

This place sucks. My boyfriend took his van here and they ran it through DRY, NO WATER from anything. We decided to use one of the free VIP treatments they gave him on my car (since they REFUSED to refund his money to him) and the SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY CAR. The employees are mouthy and rude. When the little kid got nasty, my boyfriend ALMOST lost his cool (he did have a brief argument with the smart asses) I do NOT recommend, it was so much nicer when it was Mr. Clean. WILL NOT BE RETURNING NO MATTER HOW MANY FREE VIP TREATMENTS THEY OFFER. Would like to be refunded from the ORIGINAL dry run.
