If I could leave 0 stars, I would after my experience yesterday afternoon. After going through Ms. Classic wash, I noticed that there were several noticeable white nicks on my black Cruze while inspecting it with the technician. The marks were not just in one place but on several areas around the vehicle. I am a very reasonable customer and understand that no job is perfect, but it was VERY noticeable and they were all over. When noting the problem with staff, they were initially very nice, especially the front desk worker, and offered to call the owners. When the owner, Andrew B Wobster arrived ten minutes later, he was not so nice! Upon looking at the marks, he shrugged his shoulders and said that there was nothing I could do to prove that his machine caused them. He then continued to tell me that it was to be expected that the car would not come completely clean from his wash, and that if I wanted a better clean, then I should go to another higher end wash. He said (paraphrasing), “This is a $20 car wash, what more do you expect?” Towards the end, when I persisted to ask that he take ownership, he became very nasty with me, calling me a liar and telling me that he had another business to run and did not have time to deal with me any longer – this was over the course of about ten minutes. I apologized for taking so much of his time and without another word of apology or offer to refund; he hopped in his car and drove off. Once the owner left, I was also screamed at by another employee for talking too loudly about the incident on my phone – because “other customers could hear me”- and for not moving my car from the inspection station until I could have a report filed. This worker was so out of hand that another employee had to step in and remove him from the situation. I am more disappointed with how the owner and other employee chose to act than I am about the nicks on my car. Clearly, based on the owner’s actions, this is the precedent he sets with his staff for how to treat customers. Mr. Wobster was a grade-A jerk throughout the entire experience. Not a good way to run a business. Buyer beware!

I give these two stars only based on the fact that the employees were polite. Overall terrible work, I paid upwards of $90 for a shampoo and detail of the interior. For that kind of money I expect meticulous work not just a spray and wipe of the car, had to point out several areas that never got shampoo. Every window in the car is smeared and dust is still covering the dash. Rediculous... I will never again return to this wash. I left, not having time to have them go over the car several times, feeling ripped of and stupid for paying to have them do something I have to redo later tonight. All in all, a sham, maybe get your car washed there. Never use any other services. For this kind of money take it to someone who details for a living and actually care about their reputation and the end product.

Was recommended to come here by someone who used to work here. She told me it would be one of the best car washes and interior services around. However she did warn me to not leave anything in my car because from working there she knew that the workers had sticky fingers and that the owner would not do anything for me if a worker stole anything. I should have heeded her warning a little more. I am out $40 because I left two $20s in my closed center console. Once I was home I closely inspected my car and there were water spots on the outside of the car and the interior was a bit dusty still. Will never return.

Just finished reporting this to the BBB... the car wash had an issue with a hydraulic hose that spilled fluid on the car. They hand washed the car but a film still remained and they refused to give a refund. My wife called the owner, Andrew, and he not only refused to give a refund, but also called her a liar and yes... dropped an F-Bomb on her and threatened to hang up. We are honest people and have been customers for years and theyve done a good job, but I am floored by this behavior and will never use their services again.

I am amazed how so many people take the time to write awful reviews that dont even make sense! If you cant say anything good then dont say anything at all. Get a life people! As for my experience with Ms Classic Car Wash it has always been great. Fair prices, nice employees, owner is a nice lady, great job getting my SUV sparkling and rid of my golden retriever dog hair. Smells good, too! Wish they were open at 8 a.m. on Saturdays though. Have a good day and keep smilin. :-}

Notes to Ms. Classic Car Wash manager -- a) a crew member smoking inside my car (or reeking of so much smoke that it made no difference) while cleaning it isnt generally acceptable; b) telling me "youre still leaving with a clean car," even though it smells like smoke is not an accurate statement; c) refusing to give a refund because "we only refund in gift cards -- thats just how we roll. Im not giving you cash," is crappy customer service.

These terrible reviews are pretty surprising to me... Ive never had a bad experience at Ms. Classic Carwash. I seriously cannot believe that anyone would go to Ms Classic and leave with "an unnacceptably dirty car". I think they do an outstanding job of getting your car sparkly clean, and the staff has always been pleasant to me. The other reviews DO sound like terrible experiences but again... Ive never had one. My car is clean.

HORRIBLE! Quality of wash is not good and customer service could be rated -5 stars. The male owner is very rude and does not have a problem arguing with you when you try to provide feedback. They clearly do not care about the satisfaction of their customers based on most of these reviews. I like doing my part to support local business but never again with this place!

You told me your car has done this many times before. Well..if we are told, we have someone ride through in the car. You do not tell us then we do not know. And then you demanded we pay the 85.00 to get it unlocked. You told me of 5 other places that this has happened at...so why am i the lucky one that gets your negative review...not that i care...because i dont.

They are the best car wash service I have ever been to! Ex-stream Attention to detail. 1/4 the price of the big car detailing places and you can not tell the difference. 100% job and they do it every time. never hit and miss. Thank you to all the Ladies and Men that work there. Keep up the great work!

Had some damage on my auto, a interior part was broken. Informed clerk who took my name and tn. Owner to call . No one called. Sent letter to owner, no one called. Part was $30.00. Makes no sense a business would .lose a customer that has used this for years
