I get my car wash at this place every time. This has been the only car wash place I found in the Newport area that has an automatic wash option, which is very convenient. Not sure if there are any others. Perhaps, because of this, there is often a rush in the automatic wash (only one aisle) which can mean a wait time of just about 10-15mins. There are about 3-4 options in the automatic depending upon whether you want to go for a basic one or a premium one. Even the top end is not so expensive so I generally go for that one. They also have a vacuum section right after the wash. Pretty decent one. It has worked well every single time - so no complaints there. However, I didnt see any air station - for which you need go down the road to a Speedway gas station.

A decent car wash. The change machines almost always work. The washing areas are numerous and almost always available. The washer has a strong spray for washing off stuck on crud. The soap comes out of the wand in large amounts. The vacuum areas are near trees that may drop things so watch out for that. Be careful pulling out from this location as the cars fly down the road way too fast.

They have the best self services cleaning power washer in Cincinnati... I dont get all the bad reviews this place has maybe they are older reviews? Power washer is powerful, separate brush for tires and a foam brush for the car paint which is great because you dont want to use the same brush that collects pebbles and grit off your tires and rub it over your paint.

Almost drowned but it was worth the tools provided granted Guinness only has this place down as too 7 car washes versus Venus Mercedes car wash @ number 1 with their exclusive listings and it has to be a Mercedes to use the washing supplys (though camrys, Toyotas, and a few others can park and watch)

Credit card machine was out of order so I talked myself into using the automatic wash. The one I went into was out of some of the soaps and barely sprayed anything on my car. Paid $8 to basically have my windshield cleaned. Car was just as dirty as it was when I pulled in.

I wish they had a Mikes Carwash in Highland Heights or at least Alexandria. I love the unlimited car wash option they sell and people in this area live in the country with gravel driveways so it would be a hit of the was one. Anytime I pad I always get a wash.

Paid $7.00 for the Deluxe Car Wash and the machine didnt wash my car. Started, but once it got to the headlights, it completely stopped. To make things worse, you attempt to call them and their phone number doesnt work. Will never come here again!

The vacuum is a waste of time doesnt pick anything up and the time ypu get for a $1 is ridiculous. I have a scion IQ one of the smallest cars and i could vacuum it on the time. a total rip off i didnt bother washing it i left never to return

Automated wash does no dispense soap, place is a rip off, very dirty and poorly maintained m. Spend the 20 bucks and go to mikes car wash and have your car looking great. This place is an absolute rip off

Most of the time something is broke and when you fill out a form, they NEVER get back to you UNTIL you call your credit card company.... I dont know why theyre still in business.

Went there today and after going thur wash my car is still dirty .Nobody there and no complaint cards to fill out .only one of the bays was working .very dissatisfied!!!!

3/4 of the parking lot lights are out so if you go in the evening you cant see to vacuum your car. One of the automatic car washes is always broken.

Autowash isnt great, but the self serve had plenty of options and there are many power vacuum stations. Bring your own rags for drying/touch up
