I have a new car with about 4,000 miles on it. With NO scratches on it. I always go to Sharonville car wash because they do good work. Until now. This time I came out with all 4 of my rims scratched. I told the manager and he said that he had no clue how it happened, but it wasnt his fault. I talked to the owner (whom I had to wait an hour for) and he said that it was not his fault but he had no clue either how this happened. I told them that the machine that cleans the rims have metal in them and it had to be that. The employee told me (in front of the owner) that I was a lier. I express my unhappiness about that to the owner and he said I was a lier also. I have NEVER complained about ANY company before, but then, I have never had anything this bad happen to me and the company not fix. I have pictures to prove it. I will NEVER go back to them again. And I suggest that no one goes there. Not only did I get about $800 worth of damage, I also got called a lier. Very disrespectful. I should have checked them out on the internet before I went there. If I did I would have seen that a lot of people have problems with them.

I had been going at least monthly for the last few years and received great service until this past Sunday when the USB flash drive in my radio was damaged. I brought it to the attention of management and was told that they would look at the cameras but most likely wouldnt be able to do anything about it. I spoke with Jeff Stewart the general manager and was told the same thing, guy claims he didnt damage the card when wiping down the interior and no replacement but "hey we would like to keep you as a customer so heres a free car wash". What an insult! They could have just replaced the damaged USB flash drive for 14 dollars. I will not return my business, just poor customer service.

After having my new car 1 week I ran through a construction site in Edgewood that was not correctly blocked off and wound up with a ton of tar splattered all over me car! I was pretty unhappy to say the least. The construction company who was responsible for the damage sent me to these guys to have the tar removed, it was everywhere, all over the paint, wheels, lights ect. They got the job done in 4 hours and did a great job! My car was sparkling inside and out! They also do a full service car wash including the interior for $14!! Cant beat that!

Absolutely Beyond disappointed. This place used to be the place to go. They had great workers who actually cared what the car looked like before left their lot, and great customer service. Today I went and paid 22 dollars for a car wash that was just about what I couldve done for free. There is still dust all over my dash and center console and finger prints all over my back window, it wasnt even touched. Save your money and go to the AAA car wash off of red bank, they care about their performance and dont accept a tip on top of their prices.

Mediocre. I paid for "The Works" and was disappointed with the interior work. The cup holders were still sticky, the vacuuming was shotty, and dirt everywhere on many places such as the steering wheel & console. In their defense, the lad who we finished up with noticed my disappointment & asked if everything was alright. Rather than make him go back & do it, I just lowered my tip amount. I worked in the service industry, so I know the time he wouldve spent on my car wasnt worth it for him. But it wasnt worth my money for this service either.

I purchased a large, dark blue SUV with a number of scuffs and scratches on the exterior. The folks at Sharonville Car Wash recommended a full buff and wax - a full day job. Its their premium service but well worth it - all of the fine scratches and scuffs are gone and the full luster of the paint is back. The remaining scratches are far less noticeable - just as they predicted. A repaint would have been at least $1,000 more. Needless to say, Im very pleased with the results.

Are used to love this car wash I have been going there since I was 16 I havent been in a few years and went today because I needed a good cleaning. They used to vacuum out the trunk of the car and do a really good job wiping out the car. This time They didnt touch the trunk of a car there was still dirt on the seat and dirt on the dash and cupholder which they used to wipe out. I was not impressed this time and all the car still looked dirty.

After $23.00 car wash & $5.00 tip you would think my car would be spotless!!! NOT the case after visiting Sharonville Car Wash Friday June 3rd. Specifically asked attendant if he did a good clean on center arm rest, he said "Yah its clean." NO IT WASNT and neither were the inside door panels, cup holders, or dash board. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! For that kind of money I expect a job well done, but it totally was not. Will never go back!!!

The first few times I took my car here I was super impressed as its the same price to get the inside vacuumed and the outside cleaned as it is just to get the outside cleaned at other places. But recently the quality has gone way down. The vacuuming is decent, at best. I usually have to go back over it once I get home. Dash, cup holders, etc. were not wiped down. And there was still mud on the outside! Looking for a new go to car wash!

This place has become a shell of its former self. The employees are nasty, the managers are of very little assistance with any problems, and the service is awful.They will ruin your car, and even admit it... then tell you to take them to small claims court. Darn shame too, they used to be a reputable business, now its just kind of a joke. I will have to replace the dash area on my vehicle that they ruined. I may just mail it to them

Ive been washing my car at the wash since 2003 and ive never had a single problem! They clean the inside and outside of my car very thoroughly in a very timely fashion! The owner and managers are very professional with there presence and assistance! This isbdefinitely the best car wash in cincinnati! 5 stars!

Ive been coming here for 4+ years. Went today actually, and got the Works Plus cleaning. I used to love it but in the last year and a half I feel the quality of the service (mainly the interior cleaning) has gone down significantly. They do quick work but, in turn, miss a lot.

The only full-service car wash in the area, and they take their work seriously. Youll never settle for Mickys again. Worth the price and the drive from wherever you are. Expect to wait in line; lots of customers, and the cleaners dont do "quickie rush" jobs.

Vacuum job was quick and not very thorough. No cup holders were wiped out and coffee drip on inside door panel not wiped off. Went at lunch time during the week and felt like they were in a hurry to get people through the line.
