Took my truck here and had no idea what to expect. My truck is lifted and has large tires so it will not fit through any automatic car washes. I will say it is a little confusing when you arrive because you must drive behind the building and then go through the bay. After the bay you pull back into the lot where the staff dry your vehicle by hand and then clean the interior if you desire. My truck was covered in salt because I had just came from the mountains and snow. I paid $28 bucks for a wash and interior cleaning. I felt like I had stolen something because it was such a great value. They even beat the dust out of my floor mats before vacuuming them. Though this place is far from home I will go back any chance I get. It does take quite a while because they are extremely busy but its worth the wait.

Very bad customer service the owner even cursed at me... and the sad thing about the whole situation I come to this car wash at least once a week and get my car cleaned inside and out I also refer people to this car wash and they come and get the same thing inside and out ive been coming to the car wash for a little bit over a year now never had any problems everybody was always nice but I dont know if this particular day the owner was having a bad day but they have truly lost a customer and I will never return nor will I refer anybody to this car wash.

I went there for the first and LAST time yesterday at 3:10PM for a simple exterior and interior wash. I didnt leave until 5:25. YES, I was there over 2 hours. They were understaffed, the employees didnt seem to care, and there was no sense of urgency. There was no leadership or direction to the employees as they seemed to just be killing time. There are several other good car washes within a few miles of this disaster; dont waste your hard earned money or precious time with this place.

Those that understand how to wash a car, you dont let a wet cat sit in the sun for twenty minutes on a 98 degree day without drying it and then apply wax on it while the car had sat in the sun for an additional 15 minutes. I requested with the manager to move it to one of the many open shaded bays and he said "please leave my employee alone and let him finish", all after I requested politely. Joke, understaffed and disrespectful.

Average wash. They didnt clean the entire roof of my SUV, I can still draw in tge dirt with my finger. Outside and Inside wash was $35 including an extra charge for pet hair in the rear of the vehicle. They didnt wipe off the dash. The wash at Windy Hill and 41 is better, and the last time I was there cheaper.

They always have hiring signs outside and Ive been 3 times already asking for a job. They tell me to leave my name and number but never call. I notice since I drive by here often that they only hire Latinos so from the way it looks the people hiring is racist.

The quality of work used to much much better...there seems to have been a changeover in staff and the new people are not as thorough as the last group that worked there. Still a great deal for a hand car wash, so I deal with it.

Understaffed. Got wash done in 15 mins, but there was a big line for the wipe down. Had to leave without the wipe down. The wash quality was poor as I could still see dirt on my hood. Poor compared to S. Cobb location.

Good wash, good price. They take their time and do all the details by hand. All in all, a very good wash. They missed a few little spots, but I was happy with the results, and I would definitely go back.

Friendly staff although they could use more hands as sometimes, it takes about an hour for a car to get washed on a busy day. Overall good service and reasonable priced
