STAY AWAY! This place is terribly run by rude workers. My wife and I purchased Groupons for half off an interior or exterior cleaning. My wife scheduled her car a few weeks before the expiration date and got right in. I called once a week over the following 3 weeks, left messages and received no return calls. I didnt think it was a huge deal. I just figured they were busy, and I would be able to schedule my appointment when we dropped off my wifes car. We show up day of, walk in and notice the place is filthy. We had to go in back in the garage to get a worker to check us in. (Im fairly certain the guy we were dealing with was the owner) As he was checking my wifes car in I explain the situation and ask to schedule an appointment. Without saying anything he pulls out a dirty disgusting cell phone, dials a number then hands the phone to me. I explain my situation to the lady on the phone, and she tells me that due to an overwhelming response to the groupon they are scheduling people past the expiration date and charging a $25 fee to extend the coupon. I was astonished. I started to get a little upset saying I had tried on 3 separate occasions to make an appointment, and they never returned my message. She asked me to hand the phone back to the guy. He says a few words then hangs up. And he says,"yeah we can get you in, but we do have to charge you the $25 fee." I explain a third time I had already tried to schedule an appointment and we wouldnt be having this issue if my call was returned. At this point he raises his voice to me, saying, "I pay these girls good money to take my calls and schedule appointments. I do not think you ever called in!" I am outraged at this point, and Im not an easily angered person. I own my own business, and I know that you do not call your clients liars. I tell him to cancel everything, and that I will be leaving my response to my visit on google reviews. Then he started raising his voice even more saying, "Man dont threaten me like that" then he handed me the key angrily. Talking to us our entire way out, all I picked up on was him saying I was foolish. I dont think they understood what groupon is actually for. Its not to make a quick buck. If anything you lose money as a business owner when you do it. The big money comes when you get return customers for years to come. Please heed my warning. STAY AWAY!

This place has the worst Customer service. I bought one of their groupon deals to have my car detailed, and I tried several times to schedule the service. At first they told me to call closer to the date I wanted the details service. Then when I called back about a month later they had no avaiablility. Then when I tried to schedule it a second time the ONLY person who could schedule my services was out for over a week, and no one would step up and help me. Then when I finally got the schedule serviced it rained that day and they called to cancel my service for the day and my detailer said the receptionist would call me back to reschedule. Guess what.... Its been over a week and still no phone call back after I even called and left them a message!!!. So guess who called groupon back to get my money back? This place may have the best detailers in the country but who would know when the receptionists are dumber than rocks, and the ONLY MAN scheduleing the services could care less if you want their services. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BEWARE.

From the second I walked into this place, I knew I had made a mistake evening stepping foot inside. It is a crap hole! Completely unprofessional with the worst presentation of a business Ive ever seen. Clutter, boxes, and trash all over the floor. Dirty, gross and un-tidy appearance. I didnt want to touch anything. When the owner finally came out to help me he was rude and treated me; a paying client, with utter disrespect. I told him nevermind. He got very hostile towards me and was yelling at me as I walked out the door. This guy seems a bit unstable. I would not trust him or anyone who would work for this business with my car and/or personal property.

I would not recommend and I wont be back. I used the touch-free wash. Price was high. Credit card machine was not working. The wash machine finished and left a substantial amount of soap on my car. I had to pay MORE in the self-service bay to finish the rinse. There is no one on the property if you have a problem.

Best automatic car wash in the area. Actually gets dirt off of your car with scrubby things, rather than just spraying it with water and hoping for the best.

This place is terrible. They take the touchless car wash literally. EZ Wash just right up the street does a much better job.
