This place has declined in customer service and performance over the last couple of years. I recently had my truck hand waxed and the young employee got the wax everywhere; inside all the exterior cracks, on all the plastic components, etc. I asked to run through the car wash three days later to try to beat some of the excess wax off and showed the manager and was told: "no, this will just wear off over time". Stick to Mikes Car Wash.

I have a very large car and 4 small children who spend a lot of time in it. I have tried multiple car washes in Mason and West Chester and no one ever did an acceptable job of cleaning our very dirty car until Mason Car Wash. They are reasonably priced and and have consistently done an outstanding job (we have used them 3 times now). I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but the best to say about Mason Car Wash. They have always taken care of my automobile from the most basic wash to the most custom detail. They have taken care of my automobiles which include cloth and leather interiors, without hesitation and without any complaints on my end. They always deliver as promised with the best prices in town!

This is an awesome place for car wash and detailing I brought my car in for detail and Alex explained the proses and after I stopped to pick it up it was like a new car then I had him detail all our family cars and I will send all my finds to mason car wash to see Alex. Great service, great price, friendly people. Im sure Ill be back soon!

The staff is friendly and approachable but sometimes leave something to be desired when it comes to interior detailing. For $20.00 Id expect for my windshield to at least look like itd been wiped down but alas, usually I have to touch up their handy work when I get home.

I LOVE this car wash!!!! They do a great job!!! My car looks awesome after it has been cleaned. The inside is very clean and comfortable!! Another huge bonus about this awesome car wash is that they have many many toys for my children to play with while we wait!!!

Its worth the money and they cleaned the car as expected.Mostly they have children play area and it become easy to take care of kids during the cleaning time. There are some dirt at back and i felt its ok.I will recommend this to friends for sure.

I love this place they do so much better then anyone else. And are reasonably priced. $6 for normal wash and 10 for the better with wax if you want which most places charge $14 or more for the same. They always do a good job.

Dont waste your money! Spent $25 and my car doesnt even look clean. Smeared windows, did not wipe down nor properly dry. Inside not wiped down. I will drive to the Sharonville Car wash before I would take my car here again.
