*** Complete CRAP shop **** do not go to this car wash at all. I went for the platinum car wash and i had a terrible experience. I took my Mercedes car for washing and cleaning inside and they messed up my car completely. Unprofessional cleaners, not trained or at-least they doesnt even know how to clean. they used cheap to worst clothes which messed my 7 inch LCD screen and it was oil on the dashboard after the clean. Their soap and washing machine is a bullshit, it is too hard and might mess up the paint on your car. It was my biggest mistake without reading the reviews and visiting this place. You should fire some of your employees at least if you want to have a shop lol. 25 cent car wash shop. Hello Mr.Manager you listen patiently to customer calls and if you dont get perfect employees just stick to what number you have rather than hiring craps. I am so mad that you guys messed up my car.

We had an accident in our car so we wanted the interior cleaned and deodorized. Almost 3 hours later we got it back and it was still smelling terrible. The door wasnt cleaned, the seats werent shampooed, the seat belt was still dirty, the areas surrounding the back seat was dirty, the passengers windows were dirty, the back windshield was still visibly spotty, the speakers in the back were dirty, the wheel wells got dirt everywhere. All this for $75 plus $10 tips. I had to go to Autozone afterwards and spent and extra $15 in cleaning supplies to get the car to smell good again. I give this place a solid 1/10, not coming back ever again.

I promise you can clean your car better than this place all while blindfolded and hands tied behind your back. They do not care about your car. My interior detail was completed by someone eating Cheetos WHILE CLEANING THE INSIDE OF MY CAR. CHEETOS. I was not shocked to find copious amounts of dust remaining in the car. (Worth noting my car was only 3 months old at the time and more or less dealership clean) Save yourself the trouble and either invest the sweat equity into doing it yourself or find another car wash.

I came through in a new BMW - 26$ for a platinum car wash. The gig is that the people who actually wash your car are only compensated through tips, so youll feel more inclined to tip more. This is pretty lame, as we know these people are not just washing/drying cars for free. I had to hear from the guy about how he washes Jags and Benz a lot, and hes found some great stuff in them but always returned items to the owner of the car. Put a tip on top, and youre running in the mid 30s for a car wash.

I was provided good service at Yankee Car wash. The employees were friendly/professional. I had my car washed, hand waxed and vacuumed. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and they did a decent job of getting the hair out of the carpet...a better job than I thought they could do. From the window in the waiting area I could see them hard at work. I felt that the price was fair. Good value for the services.

This is the worst place to get your car washed.. I went to this car wash and ordered premium wash..I regret that very much.. My car still has brown spots of mud after the wash. The person who was doing my car interior was very rude. I truly regret WASTING my money here. The folks are very rude and car wash is not worth it.. Dont waste your money here..

I only go here for my car care needs now. Hutch is the best. I have never had an issue! 2-18-17 still my favorite car wash around... if ever see where he missed something he fixes it right away no arguments ever!! I took a custom car there and they didnt mess my car up! I take our family car their and they treat it like a piece of gold!!

Slow service waiting for the car to be vacuumed. Exterior was barely adequate once completed. Had to walk around with the tech and point out all the water spots. Interior windows were streaked and didnt do a good job wiping hard surfaces. All after they couldnt keep track of who was next.

I dropped my dog hair filled car off for my detailing appointment. I expected a clean car but I was amazed at the level of detail. The guys were professional and even took my dog cover out and cleaned it! And their office dog is adorable. I will definitely be back!

Biggest rip off. Took almost 2 hours to do my truck that is fairly new and pretty clean already and dirt smears everywhere and bugs still on windshield. Ive tried this place a couple times giving them the benefit of the doubt the second and same lousy job again.

The car wash was ok, but the attendants tell you a sub story about how they dont receive paychecks from the car wash. This makes you feel pressured into paying a large tip. I will not go back because I dont like paying $30 for an express wash.

They have a ton of vacuums, but only a few actually work. I went inside to buy some cleaning supplies and couldnt find anyone to help me. I ended up going across the street to Four Seasons and was able to clean my own car faster and better.

The owner is very rude. Interior cleaning is included in the bill, but the cleaning is not good. Employees are monitored by the owner to not spent more time on cleaning. Not worth of spending $29, just for machine wash.
