I visited the car spa recently on Windy Hill parkway in Marietta. 5/11/13, purchasing the $39.99 car wash. Unfortunately during this visit I experienced some damage, namely numerous scratches on my vehicle window. It was almost as if an employee picked up a rock or a shard of something hard and scribbled grafttii on the window of my vehicle. The manager instructed me to come up since this damage, and I pursued seeing the general manager over about a 4 week process or so regarding this but he never returned my calls and was been very aloof on the times I did make visits at one time telling me he would fix the damage and then i would call back and he would not recall our conversation. It was if they hope I forget about what occurred. This was been a major inconvenience and has been a major blemish on my vehicle as well as a major time inconvenience to try and track down the manager Bill Carter. I live approx. 20 minutes away from the facility and had been back 3 times to show the manager (Bill) and each time he is "unavailable" Whenever I called I experienced a very nonchalant and despondent staff and I began to feel as if communication was made to not transfer the calls to Bill. My communication continuously was that I needed something done about this as soon as possible and I am utter disbelief that this would occur. After finally taking a 4th trip to the establishment I was finally able to obtain 5 minutes of the time of the assistant manager after waiting for about 30 minutes to be seen. The assistant manager photographed the damage done to my vehicle and assured the GM would call me the following business day which was Monday. On approximately Wednesday after my talk with the manager I still had received no call. I called the car spa and after a 5 minute wait I was transferred to the manager and at that point was told it was "impossible" for the damage to occur on his lot as he has "nothing" on his lot which would cause this damage. I was told this despite being 100% sure that my window which was tinted less than a year ago, shortly after the purchase of my 2012 model car absolutely had no damage. At this point we went back and forth on this and he became more rude and insulting through the call. I then e-mailed Corporate on this damage and after a day of waiting was called again and told the claim was being denied due to the feedback from the lot and they would still take no responsibility for the damage that was caused. To me this demonstrated a complete lack of service, an obviously flawed customer service process, a damaged product and improper execution of sale/service by the company. They simply walked away and made it very known that they do not value their customers. It is a place I would not visit again.

LOOK BELOW AT THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS POSTED, AND YOU WILL SEE WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO CAR SPA MARIETTA AGAIN!! Our business is precious, and our expectations are fair. There are other businesses that deserve our patronage! THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! I had to rate this review with one-star in order to publish it, but I meant to give it ZERO!! I have been to the Car Spa off and on for the five years that I have lived in the area and have never been terribly impressed (nor frankly disappointed), but yesterday wrote a new chapter in my opinion of Car Spa Marietta...a disastrous one! The initial wait for service was entirely too long; two lanes seemed to be moving, mine was at a stand-still. The gas pumps were out of order, so the discounted fuel promised with the washing service was not available. I waited an hour for my car...hoping that this length of time held the promise of a cleaner vehicle than usual, and I had also paid $114.00 for detailing. At first glance, I was pleased enough. But as soon as I left the establishment and as I re-focused my rear-view mirror, I could plainly see that my HEADLINER was HANGING DOWN OVER the rear window. (That day THREE of my family had driven and removed extra items from the car for the detailing. There had been absolutely no problem with the headliner.) When I discovered this, I called the Car Spa and was told to return. Upon arriving, I was met with two defensive managers (who had never seen my car during its service there); but their explanation was that since they do not clean the headliner, they could not have pulled it down. Any number of people in their employ could have hit the headliner with their head or hands. Cleaning the windows could have loosened the edge of the headliner. (It had indeed been extremely hot those few days, which is murder for the headliner of an 8-year-old car.) BUT, I had just rendered it to their employees one hour earlier with no headliner problem at ALL. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE if you want fair service. If they do any damage or dont treat your automobile satisfactorily, my experience is: THEY WILL NOT BE HONEST ABOUT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY! Furthermore, though they were somewhat respectful, they respectfully called me a liar! As I was explaining my concerns to them, I realized that my antenna was missing and that the joint where my hatchback came up was PACKED with old yellow pollen. I WONT GO BACK TO THIS STORE, and I encourage you to avoid it as well!! A VERY disappointed PROFESSOR

I am not one to complain or to write complaints, but I had a horrible experience with the car spa. If I could rate this experience a zero or negative numbers, that would actually be more realistic. This was my first time coming to Car Spa for car washes, needless to say I will not be back. Here is a brief description of the experience. Pulled up and decided to get the full service gold package (interior exterior wash) at 12pm. Paid in full and than waited for the wash to be complete. The wash took an hour and 10 minutes for a basic $19.99 car wash. Once it was finished I walked out and got into my car and noticed a scratch on the touch screen dash. I asked for a manager (Aaron Harrell) and we had a brief conversation and he stated it is "impossible" that it could be them, meanwhile there is two major scratches on the touch screen and the entire rest of the dash board is scratched up. I told him it is definitely not impossible, that someone could be using a towel with gravel in it and that would be the clear reason. He refused and walked away from me mid conversation. I grabbed him again and he stated hes not accepting responsibility. I did not like the lack of integrity that comes with walking away from a bothered customer. Anyone in customer service should know that the customer comes first and you must always be courteous to your customers. I than noticed that the exterior of the car had been half a**ed as well and there is still dirt and residue in multiple sections of the car. He tried to wipe of the residue unsuccessfully. I asked to speak with his boss and he referred me to corporate complaints. I have filed a complaint against this company and will seek full payment to replace the dash as this is a leased vehicle and I will be required to pay for the damages if they do not. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE, you are better off with a dirty car than a damaged car.
