I almost had to beat this b****** ass today because I was coming in through the entrance & she was going out the entrance...smh. theres a big yellow arrow that points "in "you dumbasses!! I complained to the manager to put a sign up that says "entrance only "itsnot an exit.. shes lucky I didnt follow her because I was already stuck so I couldnt reverse to follow her because I couldnt go out that way..& if I had followed her, Im sure I would have either beat her ass or call the cops &took her plates down...

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Brought my brand new car here to get the $16 wash like i always had done. When the wash was over pulled in to use the vacs to see my 2 front wheels damaged. Now before I went in i sprayed my wheels with a wheel and tire cleaner and Wheels had no scratches going in. Spoke to the manager and he tells me its not our machine that did it and nothing he can do, then just walks off. So my advice stay far away from this one

Went to get a wash today. Advised the attendant that i wanted the basic service. Swiped my card and got the recipet and it was the platinum wash for $16. Felt very ripped off, rushed and as if the employee was trying to boost sales on a slow day. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Car wash club is well worth it for someone like me who likes to keep my car clean. The vacuums work great and thats a very important aspect of keeping the interior squeaky and I get to save a lot of money versus the days I used to go to a Hand Wash Facility for $15 a pop.

The side panel was ripped off my car during the wash. The attendant didnt offer any assistance with replacement or claim for damage, he just handed me the panel and walked away.

They need to fix their vacuum nozzles. Each one I tried was broke and falling apart, which made vacuuming my car less than pleasant. Please fix this for your customers!
