I have had a membership at this location for over a year. The car wash itself works great, that is if the employees feel like working. They close whenever they feel like it. Its 2:30 right now in the middle of the day and they are closed. It is not a holiday it is not a special occasion. Even though I pay every month to wash my car I can only use it when they decide to open. And on top of that theres no point in having a members-only line if you never open it. The members still wait in the line backed up all the way to the road. Needs better staff.

The car wash itself is fine and the vacuums work well but the same guy who takes my debit card and asks me which wash Ill take is always RUDE! so it the guy that tells you to put your vehicle in neutral. My car messed up one day and slipped out of neural and he was very sarcastic with me and mentioned how women cant drive right. Theres no need for that behavior with a patron.

Great car wash. Mr Hot Shine car wash is a quick way to clean your ride without having to worry about scratching your wheels or paint. They only use the best materials to clean your car or truck. I have a monthly pass so I go through the car wash at least twice a week. My truck is always clean thanks to Mr Hot Shine. Oh and the employees are Awsome. Thanks guys & gals.

If i could give 0 stars i would this is my second time coming here and they have the suction pressure down extremely LOW on the vacuums I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN SICK AND TIRED OF WASTING MY GOTDAMN TIME AND MONEY

Wheel of Mister Car Wash however I sure would like them to get those member Gates repaired seems like they have a lot of problems but the car wash works great and the vacuums are usually pretty powerful

Just passing through K9 Training, my truck was pretty muddy, these guys were kind enough to let me in even though most car washes would have said I was too muddy.

Best staff ever, but you should probably prep your vehicle prior if you want to get all of the bugs off. They do their best, but the bugs in Georgia are no joke.

Great . My car didnt clean good in the back but i told the guy in charge and he put ma car through the carwash again.

Great service for what it is. When it is too crowded, vacuums do not work as well. Good wash for the price.

Was terrible. Half of the car wash wasnt even working. The whole right side of my truck didnt get washed.

Car was just as dirty after coming out of the car wash. Vacuums were a joke! Barely any suction!
