Ive known the owner of this enterprise since our college days (over 30 years), and I also hold a unique interest in Rainwater. On an occasion prior to the grand-opening, I spent 2 or 3 hours on site, as preparations were underway to receive new customers. The following are my observations of the personnel and training that day: 1) the line workers were required to search within to find HONOR in their duties 2) attention to auto detailing was adopted as oxygen 3) attitudes of hospitality & courtesy had to be demonstrative 4) the mantra became always work to earn more loyal patrons This impressed me so, that I treated the young trainees all to a McDonalds lunch. When any of you readers visit Rainwater Car Shower nowadays, youll note as I still do, that the above virtues are firmly affixed within the business model. Congratulations R. Boyd on establishing a place that Fayetteville, GA and metro Atlanta can be proud of.

Have gone here 2-3 times. Each the the cleaning was fair. For $20 inside and out, I didnt complain. The wait is usually 30-40 min. Went there today and was told 3 cars were ahead of me, but they were already being washed. I waited an hour and twenty minutes. With 12 people on staff, the wait was way too long. When my car was done, after being asked, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wait and received only a blank stare from the "gentleman" in charge. To make things even better, I was charged $25 instead of the usu $20. A simple "sorry for the wait," or "thank you for waiting," would have kept my business. I didnt get thanked or even walked to my car for a walk around like usual. Never again. Way too much competition out there.

This is where businesses will get 1 star reviews from me. We had several dollars in change in our car today, they decided to take all of it. The half ass wash I expect, it was 25 bucks. But to steal out of a customers car, thats past my line of patience. 5 dollars is only 5 dollars, but principal is priceless. To top it off I tipped the tip jar and than a girl walked in and looked in the jar and said, "people need to step it up." Youve been warned.

FINALLY!! I have found a car wash that provides me with all the services one would need. I have been a faithful client for three years and the customer services continues to get better. The staff is well trained and provides excellent detailed services to my vehicle. Good hand car wash and auto exterior and interior cleaning service. Great for the high end or new car driver that wants a good old fashioned wash and wax. Downside if you call it that: You pay for what you get... a little pricey at $25 for s full service wash. But your car IS CLEAN when theyre done...

I drive a small Hyundai Elantra and he charged me $25 instead of the $20 thats listed for a compact car. Interior was still VERY dirty and dusty which is the whole point of paying for a full service car wash. My trunk had white soap spots all over when I got it back.

Got right to it no wait car did look way better than when i drove it in...they missed some coffee on my dash..but did a good job other wise and was very polite...reasonably priced. ...I will give them another chance@

Top notch. For $30. they cleaned my SUV from top to bottom. Nice big air conditioned space for customers to lounge in, and they play movies as well. Ill be back guys, and Ill make sure to bring my colleagues too.
