I must admit I was having a bad day and stopped in to get my car wash cause lord knows I needed it. I was greeted by the site manager I believe his name was Nathan. He was so welcoming and informed me about the tree sap on my car, that I could never get off. I went through the wash and my car came out better than I expected.I would recommend these guys if you want your car to look Like new again. The staff were also so polite when greeting me at the paying machine. They helped turn my day around with their service.Great guys!

AVOID this place! I took a truck here to get washed that I had just purchased. The employee shoved the side mirror of my truck so hard that he broke it. The side mirrors actually fold in, but the employee acted with no care whatsoever. The manager gave me the run around about their disclaimers and after 48 hours told me that the will not cover it per their disclaimer signs. I assumed the disclaimers were for the robotics of the car wash not employee incompetence! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I visited this car was a few days ago and had the best experience ever unlike my last experience at the Covington Highway location. After going through the wash I noticed some dirt left on the wheels. I pulled around and spoke with Patrick. I expected to hear they werent going to do anything about it. Well, I was way wrong and he wiped the dirt of my wheels and apologized. This is the customer service every Swifty should have. Wish I could say the same for Covington Hwy.

Extremely friendly especially being that the employees work in the heat all day. Excellent suction on the vaccums which i ALWAYS see employees empty the vacs and trash. The wash is extremly thorough yet gentle. They provide free usage to vaccum, wash the floor mats, car air freshening spray and windex with towellettes. Thats inclusive for ALL purchases from basic on up! I am extremely pleased.

Excellent service and quality car wash! I had a few tough stains on my exterior roof. Nate, the GM, personally used different cleaners and his own elbow grease to buff it out! He gave me some tips on commercial products to help fix it, too. Then, he gave me a complimentary premium wash! Best service Ive ever experienced at a car wash. Will definitely recommend and be back.

I pass 2 Swiftys to go to this location with my vehicles. The service is always polite and courteous. The wash was recommended to me by a friend, and Ive been going every 2 weeks or so since then. Being from this side of town you dont always find excellent service all the time which impresses me the most about this Swifty. They are always consistent.
