I took my Mustang (my sacred 2005 GT that is like my second child) to Mr Spotless on 6/24/15 for a wash. I was looking for the changer when a woman who worked there approached me asking if I needed help and pointed me toward the changer. I asked her about the automatic wash on site and she recommended using the tunnel, which is what she uses for her own vehicle. I expressed my concern for that my car is not a stock car, lowered 2 inches with chrome wheels, low profile tires, hood scoop, spoiler and ground effects. She personally looked at my car and offered to watch my enter the wash and check for clearance, and if it was questionable she would refund my money. What great customer service! I was impressed with the wash and loved the way the driers nearly made my black car spot free (which is no easy task). I also used the vacuum cleaners afterwards and was happy with the performance as well. The employee - who turns out is one of the co-owners came to check on me and see how I liked the car wash. This was hands down the best car wash experience I have had in our area. The bays were clean and the vacuums had power. I will use this carwash as often as possible.

Talked to the owner Eddie regarding his touchless car wash. Took my car thru a bay and my drivers side wheel was gouged by the exposed metal railings which he states are to guide the car into the bay (as they are bolted to the floor.) This railing gouged my anodized aluminum wheel rim as it is a low profile tire. Eddie informs me that it is my error. I inform him that his car wash is not touchless and that the equipment does not take into account those cars that have low profile tires. The railings have no bumpers; just exposed metal. And no signage anywhere that the user must be aware of this issue. My recourse is to write this review to warn others.

I went through the automatic car wash on 11/5. I purchased the ultimate was for $10. After completing the conditioner cycle (blue and purple suds) the wash instructed me to exit without rinsing. I had to navigate out of the wash with my car covered in the conditioner and use the DIY bay to rinse my car for an additional $5. The carwash was hard to get a hold of. After a couple days, they returned my call and refunded the money.

On April 23, 2014, I tried to get a car wash. My credit card was accepted but I didnt get a green light to "Go." I canceled the transaction and started over. The second time I got a "Go." When I looked at my credit card statement I was charged twice. I called and left messages 4 times. No one returned my calls. I disputed the charge and got my $$ back, but this is poor customer service.

Offers many different car wash is available with many different types of options and prices! I love this place to take my car to have it washed completely satisfied for only $13 with the attendant available.
