Im typically not one to review a small business so poorly, but I feel its necessary after reading similar reviews. As a first time customer, I did an exterior wash and interior express detail. I pulled through the wash and then parked it for the detail while I walked to Kroger to pick up a few things. They had pulled my car off to the side so I went it to get my keys and when I went to leave, I noticed a LARGE crack in the windshield. I immediately returned to the manager and told him what I noticed. When he finally came to take a look at the windshield he said that they hadnt noticed that, but that they did notice a small nick in the windshield where something else must have hit it because there is no possible way it was something in their carwash. I asked to be contacted by a manager/owner and he said it wouldnt be until Tuesday. I left my name and information and on Tuesday at 5pm, I decided to call because I hadnt yet heard from them and the crack was very bad by this point. When I spoke to the GM, he was rude (and even admitted to "sounding like a jerk, but Im tired of it always being our fault") and unwilling to hear me out. He kept interrupting with, "there is no possible way that this is our fault and we will not pay to replace your windshield." He wouldnt even entertain the possibility of it being their fault despite me having asked for him to review the cameras and if he had, he would see that there was not a crack in my windshield upon pulling into their wash and upon leaving, that it was a VERY noticeable spider crack down the middle of the windshield. It is very possible that something wrapped itself around their dirty "soft cloths" and whipped my windshield, thus breaking it and causing it to progressively get worse throughout the duration of the wash and detail. I have multiple pictures and at this point, cannot hold off on replacing the windshield as its starting to obstruct my view. Im greatly disappointed in my first experience with what I thought was going to be a wonderful service. Im disappointed in the lack of urgency from their staff, ignorant statements, and inconsiderate approach to addressing issues.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the interior 29 dollar service. First, I had called the day before to inquire more about the service and the woman I was speaking to was very rude and seemed annoyed answer my questions. When I brought in my car the next day, there was a man behind the counter and I asked him more about the service and he asked me how dirty my car was. Now, I will admit I have a 20 year old car and while I usually get a good cleaning once a year, it had been over a year since I had one . So I responded to him that it depended on what his definition of dirty was? I felt like I was going to be judged . Yes, there was dust and some dirt but that is why I am coming to get it clean. He said he would come and check to make sure I wasnt "Wasting my time". Really? So I take it that one must PRE CLEAN ones car BEFORE you take it to Froggies? He took my money though and they started the job. It is supposed to be a 1/2 hour service with steam cleaning etc. When I got it back, there was dust still in noticable places, there was still some areas that were easily assessable that obviously had not be touched (where I had some drinks spilled). I dont honestly even think they steam cleaned anything as everything was pretty dry. Overall, not worth 29 dollars. I could have gotten the cleaning I received there at any "full service" run of the mill car wash and for cheaper. Basically, they have this air that they are a top of the line primo car cleaning and detailing auto wash. They are not. So they dont use a drive through system but just be prepared to do a pre-clean before you go or you may be judged if you have an older car . I will say that the gentleman that did come in to tell me my car was ready was nice and pleasant and helped carry my things back to my car. Oh and they say they offer free coffee etc.. while I was waiting there was no one behind the counter to even serve you. It was not self serve so I couldnt have taken advantage of this "perk" if I had wanted to. The original guy that helped me had disappeared somewhere. Generally overpriced and not worth it.

Took my car there for their "Express Detail." Absolute rip off. The express detail is nothing more than an interior cleaning. Most full service car washes will provide you this service for around $12-$16, which includes an exterior wash. Froggys charges $30 for this service since they claim it is a "detail." However nothing they provided is even remotely close to an interior detail, as said before it is simply a basic interior cleaning. And this $30 service does NOT include any exterior wash of the car. I asked to speak to the owner/manager about this. When I presented him pretty much exactly what I just wrote above, he simply informed me I was wrong and he was right. No other type of compromise of any sort or any compensation for me being a dissatisfied customer. I would have been happy had he given me possibly a voucher for free future wash or two, but no not even that. Simply put: "That is the service we provide and you paid for. Sorry youre not happy with it" Again if you simply need a basic interior cleaning, you can go to any other full service car wash in the city and get it for half the price and it will include exterior wash as well.

Worth the wait!! #WOW I paid $30 for the Express detail and was very happy, I sat back and watched a full team of 10 work on my large suv. Everyone had their own duties and worked very hard and all took pride on the quality work. I never seen soo many people working together soo fast. what a great operation and logistics. I did like the extra attention the vacuum attendance paid to my particular vehicle on the driver side checking and rechecking his work, i belive i overheard his name was Mike when they asked him to pull up my vehicle. He give me $3.30 he found under the driver seat. Very honest. And i enjoyed the steam clean sanitation process they offer, no other car wash will give this much energy and attention to detail. All other car washes i been to is a basic real quick in and out, NOT Here they flip the seats over get around and under everything. They even did a great job on the 3rd row squeezing in the back and vacuuming underneath they clean and upholstered brush and scrub everything very nice touch. Thank you froggy.

I have never had worse customer service in my life.. I came to get my truck cleaned with the works, wax interior etc. Upon pulling up, the lady told me to clear out my trunk bed (some leaves and acorns) Okay, no problem. She said to pull back around. After driving back to the front, I started clearing my truck out. Nobody came to help until a manager started yelling at me for clearing my truck out in the parking lot, as if I had not just been told to pull around and clear it out. He said there was an area for it and that I was a disrespectful jackass. Nobody directed me to an area, or offered to help clear the truck out. After getting my hands and clothes dirty, and finishing cleaning up and putting all the leaves in a trash can before I went through, the manager came over AGAIN to reiterate that I was a jackass. At this point, I just left and got my truck washed at AAA.
