I have been coming here since they opened. The last 2x I went here, my bmw x5 went up against the rollers WITHOUT my touching the steering wheel. I go to speak to a manager and he refuses to acknowledge my complaint, even after I show him my tires....refuses to watch my car carefully to make sure it doesnt happen again... and refuses to acknowledge that his worker allowed this to happen when she was guiding me in.... Insread he blamed me for my complaint and refused to acknowledge any part of my complaint in terms of being accountable. Unbelievable. There were so many better ways this could have been handled. All I wanted to do was wash my car here without having to go through the stress of my tires rubbing up against the rollers...instead I dealt with a rude manager who treated me like I was my own problem, who has no clue about how to deal with a customer complaint. I used to buy giftcards for my family and clients here. NEVER again.

I have been going to this location since it opened. I have a pass for unlimited washes and have been satisfied with it. My wife has taken both of her cars through on pay as you go. We have had trouble lately with the wash cleaning her white car. We took it through and found that it left bugs both on the windshield as well as the complete front part of the car and this is a new car. We asked to go back through and we assume an owner acted like we were costing him money. This man told us to try another car wash where they charge $30.00.... I found him rude and demeaning. I have used the other car washes in the area and have found them friendly and easy to work with. If we have to take our car through more than one time we will take it to a full service one in the area. I have taken all my cars to it in the past and they do inside and out and it always looks like new. Shame on your customer interaction.

I came through the wash this morning and got the Barnstormer (seriously the best wash Ive ever had!) Wrapped around to the free vacuums... yes free! I couldnt believe it! A young man named Travis asked me if I was happy with my wash. I am nearly 60 years old and no car wash in my life has ever assured if I was happy with a car wash. After he got done making sure I was happy I watched him help a woman who had locked her keys in her car. I finished vacuuming and just sat back and watched how determined he was to help this customer get her keys out of her car and sure enough he got them for her. This has honestly been the best customer service experience of my life. I can assure you that when I need a car wash Flying Ace is where Ill go! Thank you Flying Ace for showing me there is still good people in this world!

This was one of the best drive thru car wash places i have every gone to. I am uaually skeptical about car washes because others are expensive or leave soap all over the car. This place was inexpensive, fast, and goid washing. Very little soap was left on car and my car came out shinning. No scratches that i have noticed. The tire cleaner that was used worked great too. I didnt have to put my own tire sign or go back and rewipe my rims. Clean as ever. U can spend either 5, 8, or 10 dollars depending on the service. I did the 8 dollr one with wash and tires and blow drying included. I highly recommend. PLUS the vaccuming is dree for everyone. Not the best vaccum because there are no brushes, but good for sucking up things.

OK! I am a long time customer of Mikes express car wash, I have the unlimited works with them which is double the price of what flying ace charges. I went to flying ace about a week ago to do a quick wash. Not only did the flying ace do a better clean it was much cheaper! Flying ace has the brushes that actually clean the lower door panels, bumpers etc... My car is off white so I wash often. I first noticed them at the location across from the Greene in Kettering. I give flying ace 10 stars, I will not be renewing mikes express car wash and will be getting a flying ace membership. Thanks guys! Oh and the free vacuums are lovely!!!

Highly dissatisfied with the car wash. I have called multiple times because i am suppose to be getting a refund that i have yet to receive. I signed up for a month membership april 18th-may18th. Then may 27th i noticed another charge for amother month. Called to canceled and was told it would be applied3-5 days. Day 5 called and was told to give a few more days. Called again , no answer. Also have left voicemails with no contact back. Very unprofessional. Will not be recommending flying ace to anyone. Ever. Wrote on the facebook page to be accused of lying by supposedly management. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Bluntly rude.

This is the BEST Carwash in the area, above and beyond customer service along with a wonderful wash. I had been to a few different places in the area to wash my car and wasnt as satisfied. When I found Flying ace I ended up getting a monthly pass after my first visit. I was sad that I had to cancel my monthly back in July when I switched jobs and no longer was in the area. This month (November) I noticed that the monthly fee was actually still coming out of my account. I gave them a call and they were able to fix the problem right away! I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone.

Unsure if my RAM 3500 would fit through the wash, I called ahead of time to verify if it would or not. A manager who seemed interested in my concern checked and told me it should be fine. Sure enough, he was right. I signed up for the unlimited wash membership and am happy with the wash. I dont think any automatic wash is perfect, but this one does a pretty good job on my truck. The price and quality are both good enough to keep me coming from Lebanon, Ohio when there is really nothing else in Centerville that I need. Thanks for the good experience washing my big truck.

Very friendly attendants and a pretty good wash. However the tire shine did get all over my lower body panels and left a black mess that needed to be cleaned off right away to prevent staining to my orange paint. Would be better if there was someone who sprayed off the front bumper prior to entering the automatic wash tunnel like Mikes Carwash does. Even the most expensive wash didnt remove all the light break dust from my rims. Again, Mikes automatic wash is superior in this regard.

I have always had a nice experience and have gotten a great car wash each time I have visited Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Washington Township/Dayton on Far Hills Avenue. Saving money, time and water to wash my cars are a plus. Having the satisfaction of cleaning my own interior saves me the hassle with the long lines and wait times at other car washes. My boys enjoy the various colors of soap on the car going thru the car wash too. Keep up the great job of cleaning my cars!!
