They are rude. I thought the reviews were lies until i actually had to call. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, so I called to see what was going on. When I talked to the person who answered, she tried to blame the situation on everyone but them. I sighed out of frustration and she said well,you CALLED me! I said excuse me and she said, i wasnt talking to you maam. Like Im stupid; she wouldve had no other reason to say well, you called me I was going to switch my p.o. box from marietta to here so it can be closer, but no way. Dont want to have another encounter like this again. The people in Marietta are much nicer. Atleast to me they were.... updated post 12/9.. more issues with this post office. I ordered some stuff online and they claim one package was delivered at 5:48pm and the other at 7:14 pm.. the smaller package was in my mailbox and the other package is nowhere to be found. Its not in the mailbox and the leading office closed at 6pm. Now they are closed until Monday so I have to wait the whole weekend to see where my other package is. Last time the idiot put my package in the out going mailbox instead of mine. I have switched all of my stuff to my P.O. box in Marietta so I dont have to deal with these clowns at this post office anymore. Only thing that will come to my mailbox is bills and most of those come electronically so I dont have to worry about not receiving stuff.

MISSING PACKAGE! If I could give this post office 0000 stars I would! Says here delivered parcel /locker ---- VOILA!!! Not there! Called USPS and made a case about it and all they can tell me is to "HOPE" that some honest people would return it, if it was incorrectly put in a wrong LOCKER! UN EFFING ACCEPTABLE! Spoke with the LADY who delivered it offered no SOLUTIONS! Didnt even look at the tracking number and just went on searching the LOCKERS! well doh! she delivered it a day before and looking for it a day AFtER! How DUMB is that? of course if she put it incorrectly it would be picked up by someone already! and I am at the MERCY of hoping that PEOPLE ARE HONEST THIS HOLIDAY SEASON AND AFTER CYBER MONDAY??? The item I ordered is almost $200!!!! and she knows what it is, its too obvious. I got her phone number. I will ESCALATE until I reach the DIRECTOR, POST MASTER AND LAST TALK TO MY CONGRESSMAN to sort this out. SHAME on YOU USPS!!!! YOU THIEF IF I had the option not to use your SERVICE I would NEVER! the merchant didnt have OTHER options so I WAS STUCK with you!

Never have I ever had such a piss poor service at a USPS location. This review excludes the entire debacle with the carriers claiming to attempt to deliver a package while I was home and leave a missed you note which was never found. I was able to call dispatch and provide enough info to have my package held at this location. The USPS operator told me this facility was open until 5:30. I arrive at 5:10 and went through a door that was held open by someone exiting. I was then BERATED! because the door was supposedly locked I "should not be in there that the facility was closed" I calmly, and politely explained that dispatch said they were open until 5:30 and all I needed was to pick up a package. Only to be scathingly told "I aint on no clock. I dont have to do anything for anybody" At least be polite about it!! I am floored at the attitude on this broad. With personalities and service like that, can now see why the USPS is dying.

Horrible! i WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR, THAT IS HOW I WOULD RATE THIS POST OFFICE! They said they attempted to deliver to my apartment receptionist desk which our front office does not close until 6 p.m. Then they also made a note in the system, that they left a note on my door. Never happen..No note was left on my door...They said they attempted twice to deliver and that never happen. I called the 800 number the woman told me to hold after I gave her my tracking number and never came back to the phone. I decided to go to the Northride office and spoke to the Manager, he searched for about 15 minutes and finally located my packages. This is the third time this has happened in the past 60 days. The first package was never located. I am seriously suspicious about what is really going on internally and hope that the Postal Inspector will launched an investigation into this facility . Something is gong on! The needs to stop!!!

I had a package delivered to a business. As luck would have it the package arrived on a day the business was closed. Rather than mark the package undeliverable and just bring it back the next day they left it somewhere. The tacking information said garage or other. Calling the 1-800 number took just over an hour to get a person on the line. All she could do is send an email to the specific office. A woman did call me back, but couldnt tell me anything. She said she was going to contact the person I purchased the item for and refer it to someone above her. That was Thursday. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard anything else. Ive tried to call the local office directly for an update. You get a recording with some information. Then it tells you if you need to speak directly with the location to hold while it transfers you to the operator. At that point it rings several times and then switches to a busy signal.

Mail is ALWAYS missing and packages are hardly ever delivered. Just moved here and we never receive any of our mail. After being here two months we thought it was just because we had a new address, but realized we were by far not the only ones going through this. Its always returned to sender and marked as "undeliverable" after we receive it weeks later or well receive mail in bulk that seems as if its been sitting in the back of a truck or the post office. But we always receive everything from UPS and FedEx. Im not sure whats going on with this post office, but its one of THE worst ones Ive ever experienced with getting belongings. Something isnt right, and this place really needs to be looked into. You dont have to deliver exceptional service at the post office itself, I could care less about whether you smile at me, but it is a problem when I dont receive my bills and important items.

WORTHLESS! CLOSE THE DOORS OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO GIVE A DAMN! (Grab a chair) I live in a home. USPS delivers my mail and some packages, fairly regularly. It "snows" in the area and magically the mail doesnt get delivered ALL weekend. I check he status of my NEEDED (not a want) package and its been marked "undeliverable. Business closed" Ummm? Yall came on Thursday buttttt now Ive transformed into a business? Aka didnt want to work over the weekend, hell, even Sunday because it was sub 30 outside. So I call today. And call. And call. And call again. Literally, kept calling because after several rings they disconnect you and you have to call again. Spoke to two different people today and two different times. Both employees "guaranteed" my needed packages today and guess what? NADA/NOTHING. My package from Amazon was prime delivery for a Sun by 8pm. THESE PEOPLE SUCK.
