I am appalled at how I was treated at this location of the USPS today, November 9, 2011. I stood in a line of about 7 people and watched as the only person working the desk was rude to the 2 people ahead of me and thought to myself, if he is rude with me as well I will NOT be able to keep my mouth shut! What happened to “Customer Service” in America? If you despise serving the public and hate your job, please do us all a favor and quit because there are too many unemployed American’s out there who would love to have your job. The tall black man with glasses behind the counter is a poor excuse for a Customer Service Professional! After he was rude to me, I said “it’s no wonder that people use the UPS Store for shipping” and he proceeded to rattle off the address of the closest UPS Store location! UNBELIEVABLE!! When I told him that he was rude and had poor customer service he proceeded to say “bye”. No offer to help or what can I do for you to change your mind. He didn’t care that the business was lost. I would bet big money that the guy I encountered today is the same guy referred to in the post dated August 2011. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location like the plague!!

I have to agree with the other reviewers. I usually dont review places after one bad experience so after 3 times of going to this location I was hoping that maybe the gentlemen that work in there were just having a bad day, and the next time would be more courteous, polite, helpful, or have better customer service. Well 3 strikes you are out. They come off in a manner as though they are miserable with their jobs and they hate the whole world because of it. They get irritated if you ask questions, give a mumbled forced response, and act as though it pains them to assist you. Honestly if you hate your job that much - get a different one! Its not the customers fault you are miserable. That kind of attitude/lack of Custer service makes me feel more inclined to go 30 minutes out of my way to get something mailed.

Absolutely the worst post office experience possible. Tried to rent a PO box, and was given the wrong information by the clerk, and when I came back and he changed his mind about the information, I asked him why I was not told that the first time I was there. Instead of apologizing, which anybody would expect, he informed me in a loud voice that "there are three other post offices in the area". He literally invited me to take my business elsewhere. Anybody who cares that little about their own work and service does not deserve your time or effort. LOTS OF ATTITUDE from the clerks....like theyre doing you a favor for selling you stamps. Stay away.

It was horrible, worst customer service. I was standing in line for about 10 minutes and no one was in line before me. The little lady was helping someone but when the taller guy to the far right came out to stay (after walking from the back a couple of times without assisting anyone). He waves his hand foward and proceeds to assist someone whom had been standing near me (but not in line) for about 2 minutes. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....I was shocked at the way 1-he saw me waiting patiently in line first and 2- the other gentleman was randomly standing and not in line.....WOW I will never return.

Extremely rude! I called to ask a question. After waiting patiently while the phone rang for a long time, a man finally picked up. I tried to explain my question and he just kept interrupting me to ask what my question was every two seconds. Well, I was trying to tell him but he did not want to let me get to it! Eventually I became tired of it and cut him off, explaining that I was trying to ask him my question but I couldnt do it with him interrupting me. Only then did he allow me to ask my question. I was very put off and offended by how rude he was.

If I could give them zero stars I would. On multiple occasions they have out right refused service because they did not want to put stamps on some boxes. This has got to be the laziest branch of the USPS that I have seen yet. The customer service demonstrated on multiple occasions couldnt surpass my 5 year olds. If you value your dignity and your time, I HIGHLY recommend that you not waste your time there. Go down the street to 1551 Dunwoody Village Pkwy, Dunwoody, GA or FedEx it!

"Mrs Watson" is the worst "customer service professional" that Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After being on hold for 15min she rudely told me they couldnt find my package and Id have to "figure it out myself". I have no idea why people Mrs.Watson continue to keep their jobs after doing the total opposite of what theyre hired to do. Horrific customer service.

Worst ever experience. The Afro-american man in the counter was extremely rude and racist. I know his name, but dont want to mention it publicly here. When I asked to re-explain whatever he told me (because I could not follow his accent) he resorted to very rude and racist behavior. So please watch out before you go this USPS.

Ive been here twice around lunchtime. Both times the line was short, the staff were helpful, and nothing terrible happened. I didnt give it 5 stars because its still a US Post Office. No computerization, no DIY, you cant really figure out the price until you get to the counter, etc...

Delvon is beyond rude and unprofessional. Five minutes until closing and he is rushing people out of the store and loudly stating that he is going to be late to his sons game. It seems as if he hates his job and doesnt mind making the customers aware of it.

Worst Experience. Very rude behavior by the tall guy. I really wonder this can happen in developed countries like US. He is behaving as if he is doing some free service there. I would never visit again to this office to receive racist and rude comments.

The post office does exist, but the map shows it in the wrong location. Drive north on Ashford Dunwoody, and turn right on Meadow Lane. There is a large shopping center with a Wal-Mart in it. The post office is in that shopping center.
