Awful. I dont care how "courteous" the employees are in person if they dont actually do their jobs. I had a package sitting there for over a month before I got ANY notification from the post office that it was even there. I had shipped it from overseas so had contacted the store in Ireland where I bought it, looked on the USPS website to track it, etc. No record that it was in Ft Thomas and then the post office didnt even bother letting me know it was there. The store in Ireland was actually sending another one over when I got a "Final notice" on my door. The PO employee when we went in said it had been there over a month and basically blamed US for not picking it up sooner. What the...??? We didnt even know it was there!! Now I have another package that is saying it was delivered on the site but I assume its ALSO stuck at the Ft Thomas post office. I work when the PO is open so having the option to call them would be very appreciated. But like others said, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone ever. And calling the broader 1800 number isnt useful if Ft Thomas is the one dropping the ball AGAIN. Someone, PLEASE learn to handle peoples mail as if it is important....

This is the worst post office ever.......they are lazy and refuse to deliver packages. They say they tried to deliver my packages from Amazon and I was home all day, they did not even try to deliver, then they sent me a notice for me to come and pick up my packages at the post office!! I live in a complex and they put the mail in the wrong boxes regularly. The idiots delivering the mail walk around like zombies on their cell phones - no pride in themselves or their work - shameful. Lots of hardworking folks would love those jobs - wish they would get rid of current staff and start over!!!!!!

I really cannot understand these reviews! I am a Ft. Thomas resident and am at the Post Office several times a week for my business. They are ALWAYS courteous and helpful. As far as I know, no Post Office answers the phone anymore, everything goes to a call center now. For heavens sake, everywhere in Ft. Thomas is 5 minutes from the PO. Just get up and go there if you need something!

The online site claims doors open at 9:30 am on Saturday which they do. People are here but gates are closed. Sign states opens at 10:00 am. I had a package delivered to my house and they attempted to deliver it one time and then kept it at the post office to be picked up. I order things online to be delivered to my home because I am unable to get out of the house.

I know for a fact that Fort Thomas Post Office hasnt had phone service but that is the fault of management not the clerk. She has repeatedly asked for phone service and just received it the other day. I always receive excellent service with a smile and am grateful that I have a local post office to go to. Remember, a business is only as good as its managers.

This is the worst post office ever. Ive called this location 5 seperate times on 11/15 and am calling again on 11/16 with still no answer. Hopefully everyone at this location gets fired and replaced with new staff because its insane that I cant even get in touch with someone.

Never deliver the mail on time. Go days without even getting your mail. Some of the mail runners even skip houses. They never answer the phones and will not help you when you have an issue with the mail.

I have tried to call this post office (6) times, during open business hours. No one was answered. Its hard to get a package, when they are never open.
