My worst expereince ever and I will never go back there again. I typically dont review post offices but after my terrible experience last evening I had to give this PO on Snider the worst review ever. I am comforted by the fact that other people feel the same way about it. I had some questions about sending my parcel and the guy ( who every one seems to have had the same expereince with) refused to "make any recoomendations" on how I should send it or what my options were. It was 5 minutes before they closed and I assumed it was because it was the end of the day that he was less willing to help. However his complete disinterest in working there or providing ANY help was VERY FRUSTRATING. He was rude, indifferent and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Like someonelse said, next time I will drive the extra distance for better service.

I know one star wouldnt be fair for all other postal workers working diligently behind the wheels, but over the counter, this nice postal storefront is dominated by that" rude guy with grey mustache"- like townsfolk talking about. He is probably a manager or something there, and his attitude kinda rubbed on other clerks as well. One day I entered the post office 10 mins before the 5pm closing time , waited in line , got my turn, about 5 mins into the transaction, he ordered the clerk to terminate the transaction and sent me out - so he can close right on 5 pm!! Being the only post office for a large suburb town, this office is rather safe from the cut down ,Could this be the reason why? Only in USPS, can a rude dude secure a customer service related job for this long.

I have been a mason resident for 7 yrs now and have never had a reason to complain. Some of the things that I have done with them 1.Sent time sensitive documents 2.Passport application and processing (entire family) 3.Asked for advice on mailing bulky parcels..sometimes they referred me to other carriers if they were more cost effective 4.Helped locate a parcel i sent overseas, which went to the WRONG COUNTRY!!! Yes they may not have the sunniest of temperaments, but i am not going there to make friends, i want good service and i have always gotten it..maybe thats why there is a line there , most of the time..they do a good job!

Horrible service indeed. I filled out an online request for mail forwarding service in June this year, but it was simply ignored, so some of the mail was returned to senders and some was piling up in my mailbox. I went to the post office in person in September to fill out a paper form, still no mail was forwarded. I called in October to inquire about the missing mail and returned mail, a clerk told me somehow the forwarding address was entered wrong in the system. I corrected the mistake, but still as of today Nov 4 I have not received any forwarded mail. No excuse for such bad service, NONE!

Wow, lovely customer service. I called and spoke to a Renee, shes a bit of a pill. I called to check on a package (a friend and I both ordered, she recieved notice yesterday that she had to pick it up from the post office, as I ordered first, I thought I should call). I explained my situation to her, and explained that though its 2:30 our mail still hasnt arrived. So I was calling. She promptly quipped back "If you didnt receive notice why are you calling". Instead of being a dick, listen- and just freaking check. Hell, pretend to check.

Wow, first time Ive ever been to a post office and didnt wait an hour or have the staff act like gestapo about signature on back of credit card. Looks about the same as rest of other post offices, dumpy worn out old building and branding; this company could use a huge overhaul and some marketing to revamp its stagnant image. 3 stars is really doing a lot for any USPS.

Yes, the man with the gray mustache, who ALWAYS works the counter, is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. His goal is to do the absolute minimum at his job, PERIOD. If he can be rude to you in the process, he will. If the Postal Service needs to close locations, close this one. I will drive further, for a little courtesy.

Its a post office, so walking in with the expectation that the customer service is going to blow your mind isnt doing yourself a favor. Its clean and provides both full and self service options. The parking lot is always busy and the driveway location makes it a little difficult to get out onto the street if youre turning left.

This is the worst post office ever! Horrible service, RUDE postal workers, and I agree with the other reviewer they do talk to you like you are an idiot. Always a line, mainly because of their rudeness and attitude. I wish the government would give that office an overhaul. They need attitude adjustments!

Ive lived all over Cincinnati and over the last two years this post office has mismanaged mail, damaged packages, and been utterly horrible in every way. I pay EXTRA to use Fedex or UPS when available. Stay away from the Mason Post Office if you can!

There was a line when I went in, it moved fast and I received great service. Both post offices near Mason were great from my experience. I dont understand where the negative reviews come from. Who writes positive reviews after all??? I DO ;)

The worst post office Ive ever dealt with. They seem to lose about 10 percent of what I mail, and they take forever to deliver mail. Took 10 days for a letter to get to Columbus . Go to Sharonville, they have great service.

There is always a line and the man was very rude. It is also one of the dirtier post offices. I go out of my way and go the the community center from now on. They are always helpful and pleasant.
