This post office needs a clean sweep. Starting with the Post Master. Beyond lazy. 1st they do not honor free package pickup which is offered by USPS. I ship several packages daily, now I am told to leave my packages at the leasing office, where they are not responsible for my packages if someone decides to walk off with them. I have had several package slips left in my mailbox saying that my package was left at the leasing office, when I check they are not there. Sometimes they are delivered on the next day. The carriers on Saturdays are the worst!!! They will mark a package with whatever they please. I have a very important package that I was waiting for days ago, the carrier marked the package as "Delivered To Agent" 12 miles away from my home. There was absolutely no attempt to to deliver this package. I called Monday to speak with someone at this location about my package. The supervisor answered, I gave him my tracking number. He says with the most bland, unconcerned, why am I here, I could care less voice I have ever heard "It was delivered to your office" I said oh, Ok I dont see that update with the tracking online. He only repeated what he said in the same voice. I checked my leasing office. NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED!!! I called back, and a lady with a female version of the same voice the supervisor used says "The supervisor told you this morning that it was delivered to your office" At least they are all on the same accord here at this location. I told her that there was no package delivered. She put me on hold for 6 minutes and came to the phone to take my information and said they will call me tomorrow and let me know what the carrier did with my package. She explained to me that she had no other answers for me, she cut me off with this statement before I could even ask her why they would transfer my package to a different facility. Worst post office ever. There is 1 lady at this location that is pleasant to deal with. She has red hair, unfortunately I can not remember her name. They need to watch her and get pointers from her customer service. If you can get to a different location, do so. Do not expect any service from this location. In person, delivery, pick up services, etc.

Oh My Goodness! I have been waiting for my package for about a week, which is not so bad considering the Holidays (Christmas) just passed. But the day it finally gets in my city, Freakin USPS of Stockbridge LIES and says that my address was wrong? ALL OF MY INFORMATION ON PACKAGE WAS CORRECT!!!! Plus, I saw the lady drop off mail in my mailbox, because I was so anxious to receive my package. She only left a flimsy post card.......no package. THEN she turned back around and fiddled with my mailbox, so I thought she left my package in there, but there was nothing in there after I had gotten the little post card. So this entire situation was just completely FISHY! I dont know if she was trying to steal my package and then claim that my package was undeliverable or what. But little does she know, I saw her TWICE! She came by my mailbox at 4:52 and my package was said to be undeliverable due to wrong address at 6:39, so something is just NOT ADDING UP. Im calling this post office first thing in the morning. USPS, did however, say that all of my info was indeed correct and theyre not sure why the post office would say it was undeliverable, especially when they dropped something off today. So they put it in their system that it will indeed be redelivered tomorrow again and not sent back to sender. Im highly pissed off and am officially no longer an online shopper. People are too untrustworthy and they just SUCK. UGH.

Used Kiosk after hours. Paid for three day priority with tracking and insurance. Got my little sticker to slap on package and receipt... the receipt doesnt have my tracking number on it and that means my insurance claim is not an option since a tracking number is required for insurance claims. Lady on phone hung up on me. She couldnt explain why I didnt have a tracking number on receipt and told me I should have written it down or taken a picture. Really? Then she said I told her someone helped me at the service counter, then said no one is there after 5pm. I never said any Post employee helped me. When she couldnt answer why important information like a tracking number was not on my receipt, she hung up on me. Close this office. All the employees are lazy, slow and disrespectful. This isnt the first issue we had... we had a change of address and our paychecks held for a month because the person who input our information forgot a number on our address which was clearly written on our form.

This is the most awful post office that Ive ever experienced. The office is supposed to open at 8:30 am, there was only 1 worker there until 8:45 am. No one came in with a smile or even greeted the 11 other people that were in line. I went to the office since I havent been getting mail since August 2014. According to their carrier I somehow was vacated the apartment. I went to speak to the manager and she insisted that she didnt know anything and couldnt tell me anything about my mail. I was then told that I let my mailbox fill up to capacity. I then had to show the manager my pictures in my phone of my mailbox that I took weekly to prove that I wasnt getting any mail and that there was no way for anything to build up if I wasnt receiving anything. The manager then told me again she didnt have an answer for me until she spoke to the carrier who was not in, and didnt know what time she will be in. Very unprofessional and lazy.

Horrible post office. Phone line is always busy. Several times I get delivery notifications saying attempt was made and notice left but Im home the entire day and theres never an actual notice left. A couple of my Amazon packages have been opened and they try to put clear tape to mask it but it doesnt work(see pics below). I called Amazon and got a slight refund for the trouble and said theyre going to deprioritize USPS for my shipments from now on at this address. If your having the same problems try looking into getting the companies you order from not to use them if possible or at least report shipping feedback. After awhile major companies like Amazon will not use USPS at all for zip codes with problem areas. Seems like everyone is having the same problems with this post office so make sure you not only leave a reviews here but with the company you ordered from as well

If there was an option to give it 0 stars, I wouldnt even given them the satisfaction of even selecting it. Simple concept in life...if you hate your job...quit. No one is forcing you to be at that job, but if youre going to show up to work, act like you give a damn. You work in a SERVICE professional field, and there are McDonalds employees that show more work ethic than the employees here. One exception is a wonderful lady with red hair, but her name I unfortunately forgot. Everybody else...do everybody in the community a great service and retire or find a new line of work. Customer service is obsolete, actual service is pedestrian to say the least, and problem resolution is something they must have left out of your training packets. Corporate should...no needs to come down and clean house, from top to bottom. Go to the one in McDonough, avoid this place by any means.
