The lady that works there is always ready to fight. Wont listen before she answers in a very rude way. She has no idea what customer service is. I have the same experience with this lady twice, first in person, and today 7/12/17 over the phone. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! Teacher CS or get rid of her. In the meantime Im going to another office further away but not getting this treatment. No way!

Horrible experience at this location. "Cheryl" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Perhaps it was because I interrupted her smoke break (breath was NASTY and smelled like cigarettes) - I dont know but I will never step foot in this location again! If you hate your job that much, give it to someone who needs it and wants to be there.

This is not a full post office. I was told that they do not offer some services, including international shipping, and must go to a real post office. I saw envelopes and boxes for sale. They do not let you use their tape.
