Had to come there to pick up a parcel that was to be delivered for a business. We got notice that they missed us and didnt havent anyone to sign; however, were open regular hours and not once have any usps person come in to deliver, but I digress. We had to come to the post office here twice. As other reviews have stated, the place was hard to find the first time. We were informed that they couldnt find our parcel but will call. No call happened. We had to stop by again as it started to approach the date indicated where the parcel will be returned. Again, was told it wasnt at the facility and they didnt know where it was, but that they will call with an update. Well, day has passed and still no phone call or parcel. So our parcel that was so important that they needed a signature but wont go into our business and couldnt find at the facility or with any carrier is "returned" now. I say "returned" as Im sure its more likely to be lost or stolen.

I called this post office today and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She placed me on hold for over 45 minutes thinking I would hang up!!!!!!! I am still on hold as I write this. I am writing this negative review and I have also contacted corporate. All I want is my package that says it was undeliverable as addressed to an address that I have been receiving mail at for the last two years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First off, if youre lucky enough to get someone on the phone, youll probably get this man who doesnt know how to enunciate his name and sounds like he just rolled off his bed. Secondly, if you show any sort of annoyance, he will immediately transfer you to a "supervisor," which Im pretty sure is code for "eternity hold." Dont use this USPS if you can help it.

Ther are very mean the postman he was mean he was bring my post and it was open i just ask him why box is open his was mean and rude i said just ok stop talk to me like that and his took box i ask him live box he said me F M then his manager told him the not gonna bring my mails so the dont bring my mail after that day and i am gonna go talk to manager if his care about that i wll give court

This is where you pick up undelivered mail. The place is hard to find. They should really have a bigger sign on the main road, because its impossible to spot from the street until you pull in the long driveway. And they should have some kind if system to sort the mail. The guy pulls out a huge chunk ot letters and starts looking through them without any clue.

Dennis is a rockstar, I had a package that was noted as "undeliverable" on the tracking website and when I spoke with him he immediately knew what was going on and rescheduled delivery. Great Job Dennis!!!! Thank You.
