Very slow. The men working are unfriendly unless you are a female. Then I see smiles and out in the open flirting. The workers will help fill out packages and explain very clearly all the options. When I get to the employees, you would think I knew the person, and I just keep quiet because of fear of a lost package. I once was misinformed until I got the head of the post office and the law firm on a three way call. Then the post office could no longer tell me the law firm had not been to their PO Box in weeks. After being on hold like magic the item appeared. It was to late. I received a red notice saying I needed to sign for a package. Understandable, except the notice had no tracking number. When I got to the post office, they said they can not do anything with out the tracking number and the postal carrier should have left it. The Roman asked for my name and number so the post office could call me back after speaking with the mail carrier. A week later, no call. I had to figure out the number, buy contacting the shipper, who had sent me numerous items. There a mail office 1 mile away from me, but packages now come from an office 5 miles away. 90% of my mail is junk, the post office will not sending because it is their main income. Told to me by my mail carrier. So that may not be true.

One of my employees came to pick up a key for our office box after having paid $28 for it with a permission note signed by myself (the CEO) with all contact information on it. They told him they could not give him a key to the company and instead needed the CEO of the company to come down to pick up the key. These are the most incompetent, rude, and worthless persons I have ever encountered. I regret every moment I have ever spent talking to this branches employees. What a collective waste of life! What a waste of money, just for the purpose of employing lazy, people who feel entitled to have an attitude.

This USPS is the worst. I make sales on Etsy, but now I feel horrible because USPS hasnt even sent out my 5 orders that I dispatched and bought the shipping labels for on the 5TH of FEB and the day Im writing this review is the 22nd OF FEB. Like really? Youre going to let my packages just SIT in the post office and not process them for over TWO WEEKS? BUT you send out the ones I dispatched on the 16th? There are already 2 PEOPLE who didnt get their freaking BIRTHDAY PRESENTS because of such a sad excuse of some damn postage system.

Had a really great experience here. The guy at the counter was super helpful. I went to the other near the intersection of Chamblee-Dunwoody and Mt. Vernon and they had ZERO boxes and it was super unkempt and overly crowded. I drove out of the way to this one and it was very clean and well stocked. I couldnt find the one box I needed but the guy behind the counter went to the back and found one for me. The woman that ended up checking me out was also very lovely and helpful.

Went to go pick up my package since nobody redelivered it when I put in a redelivery request online. Employee says "nobody checks online".He then tells me package was LOST and all I got was "sorry, theres nothing we can do about it" after waiting 40 days to receive my package from overseas. This is ridiculous, no wonder the Postal Service is going out of business. There needs to be accountability.

Anyone who has complemented this place is out of their mind. Its a mess, often slow service... THEY LOSE MY PACKAGES ALL THE TIME. Im convinced at this point they are stealing my stuff. Gets reported delivered and I have gotten nothing. Their interest level in my lost packages is very close to 0. UPS and FedEx deliver to my house all the time, but USPS just repeatedly fails.

i wish i could rate less than one star, not only did they yell at me when i grabbed their free shipping envelopes to use when i had already shipped hundreds of items with them, but they have stolen over $300 worth of stuff i was trying to ship with them. i am actively pursuing a lawsuit against them and am trying to get that branch closed

Worst post office ever. Poor customer service, no one ever answers the phone, and they never deliver the packages like they claim. Call the Atlanta Consumer Affairs line if you ever need assistance in receiving your packages from this post office. I cannot post the number, you can get it from the usps website.

Rude staff and ineffective service. Came to pickup a package and they refused service. Told to stand by a back door and ring a bell for 15 minutes were nobody answer. Desk clerk mocked us while we waited. Unprecedented rudeness! Im personally reporting this location to the post master general.

In the last three months they have lost two items of great importance. The first time I put the item in the clerks hand and it was going to a p o box in Atlanta. It was never delivered. The next one was placed in the out going box and it wasnt delivered. This isnt good.

Horrible staff. They scan mail and say the item is out for delivery even when the item got to the facility after the drivers have already come and gone. They seem to have stopped making you go to the side door to pick up your packages. Thats an improvement.

Second time a package is marked delivered but no where to be found. Lazy, incompetent, dishonest. They do not answer the phone, either. All employees need to be dismissed and start over. Useless from top to bottom.

Old school dreary post office with some of the worst customer service you have ever experienced. Even for a post office this is the pitts. Avoid like the plague it will suck the patients from your soul.

1 month since I rented a P.O.Box, still unable to access my mail they gave keys but wont work. Delinquency to the Max. I will write to the Postal Inspector to get my money back.
