On 09/11/2014 at 8:40 am I arrived at the Morrow,Ga Post Office for a package inquiry. The address is 1600 Lake Harbin Rd Morrow, Ga. Online tracking stated the package was attempted to be delivered on Sept.9th at 6:57 p.m. The website states a notice was left but no notice was left. The female associate stated that the mail was not there. As we continued our conversation an older African American associate came from the back. I did not get his name but Ill always remember his face. He a had salt and pepper mustache. He interrupted our conversation and started to verbally assault me. He yelled, cut me off, and talked over me as I tried to get some clarity on where my package was located. I never raised my voice and did not interrupt him. I was very shocked that a USPS employee would speak/address me in this manner. I was not a hostile or difficult customer. I was simply inquiring about a package. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.He was very aggressive towards me and I felt demeaned and threatened. I have never witnessed such behavior from an USPS worker in all my years.

I go here all the time. Considering its a small location. They are excellent. Ive always had a great experience. Its really sad that one always has something negative to say about any business at all times. Theres too much negativity already without adding insult to injury. None of my experiences were bad..none at all and even with the waiting period at times. Its done in a good amount of time. Ive seen the previous comment. Some people have too much time on their hands. It obviously wasnt too bad if they took the time to complain. Theres no robots to do the job. Theres are people. Were human and I dont know what want expects at a post office. Lets see them do the job quicker.

I have no complaints about staff at this location. Staff is always very helpful. My main issue is with the entrance to this USPS. Always blocked due to traffic & I always miss due to traffic. Really shouldnt be a oneway street option only.

Quick, friendly service. Came in a Saturday morning before 10am. Nothing stood out thus four stars. I reserve five stars for exceptional facilities. It is a rather small location.
