Paid $25 for expedited shipping for a package ordered January 9th to be delivered BEFORE January 12th. It is now the 16th, no updates on my tracking number, and the delivery date keeps being delayed. I called the office and asked if they could help find my package to which the rude man told me "Im not at a computer, you need to call the post office in your zip code". I told him he was being incredibly unhelpful and he said "thank you" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to manager, of course the same man answered and he put me on hold for about 6 minutes and no one else picked up. NEVER EVER USE THIS POST OFFICE! Theyre probably wearing my watch as I type this and Ill never get my mail.

Better than most of the local post offices, but the U.S.P.S.still is under the assumption that they are relevant. They need to completely rethink what they are, and focus on the fact that the customer is the only thing keeping them relevant, so they should be treated with the utmost respect. I am specifically pointing this at Decatur Post Office, who seems to think that they cater to the customer, when the reality is they treat their customers like crap. Poor customer service and hours long wait times make everybody angry and frustrated.

If believable - this government operation is worse than any other branch I have had to deal with. Today is 10-27 had a pkg sitting there since 9-24. Mr Johnson aka Captain Hold and Hang up- tells me that I cant even pick up my pkg I must continue to wait - so therefore my family has to wait for money to eat because of this sorry, piece of crap service that has just been sitting on my income for over 45 days. I call get the hold on and then Hang Up treatment. If you mail something PRAY IT DOESNT HAVE TO PASS THROUGH THIS LOCATION!!!

They be puting the mails anywhere they want to put it, not on the correct apartment number. One day I was wating for a important mail to arrive I was wating for o most a month n the mail that I was wating was inside another apartment number since 3 weeks I was really mad. They be doing a horible job.. please make sure to put the correct mails were they have to belong cause people be wating for them..

This Postal Office has very bad customer services, nobody answers the phone at this location. My regular carrier since i moved here is very nice and friendly but when hes on vacation all hell breaks loose some carriers dont even come in here to delivery mail and when you finally get mail its almost a week later when the regular carrier is on.

The worst post office ever, the manager is extremely rude as hell. They basically lost my package but steady telling me that it isnt at there location which clearly is it. Because I have the tracking device on my package. I will never use this post office ever again!!!!

Had a ring arrive here and suddenly stop moving. Funny it made it from Chicago to Atlanta in less than 24 hours but magically stops here. And it arrived at 1:15 am on a Wednesday so its not that theyve been closed for a day or anything. Its now Friday and it hasnt budged.

The worst. Never answers. Customer service is F- the same old lady at the front desk is mean and acts like she hates her job so her customer service reflects towards the customers. She is rude. Packages take forever to find. Waste of time dealing with this location.

Service is terrible. Explain why USPS is running out of business. The lady wouldnt let me use the tape sitting on her counter to tape my label to the box. Having forgot my wallet I had to go back home and get so I can buy tape. Worst customer service ever

Didnt go to this location. Went to the Crown Rd. location on a Sunday morning and had an EXCELLENT experience! Skip this location and use Crown Rd. location on LOW VOLUME HOURS AND / DAYS instead. :-)
