First Ill start off with saying that when I got engaged and starting planning my wedding, I thought to myself "I need my wedding food to be amazing." After going to countless weddings and events, I knew my fiancé (who is a Chef) and myself (I also work in food industry) needed the absolute best! Proof of the Pudding did beyond that, they worked with us to write a personalized menu, they heard all of our concerns and wants. Sabrina took the time to always check with us what we needed and took a lot of time in notating details about everything! Not only that but Proof went above and beyond for our wedding! Our guests were completely waited on hand and foot, and raved about the food. They also took extra attentive care of the wedding party and my husband and I by bringing us so many appetizers and drinks on our special day. The food was so delicious and met all our expectations with flying colors!! The cherry on top was when we left our reception, they had packed us a goodie bag with gifts and dinner! I cant imagine having another company cater our wedding. What an amazing experience!!!

I will say that the food at my event was quite good, so I give my compliments to the chef. Aside from that, it was an absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company. Their coordinators are uninterested in dealing with you from the very start, and thats a nice way to put it. Every time I sent an email, it took them at least a week to respond. I couldnt figure out the final details until 1 day before my wedding. During the wedding reception, the wait staff looked completely lost and confused about what they were supposed to do and where they were supposed to go. They forgot to bring certain courses to some tables while other tables were almost completely neglected. They also claimed that they were out of certain foods 1/2 way through the reception even though we had a family style setup that was supposed to be unlimited. It turns out that they were also wrong about the amount of food because after the wedding we had a ton of food left that was not served. Overall I was extremely disappointed with this company, and would highly recommend not using them to cater your event.

This is a true story.... went to Infinite Energy Center for a concert. (Proof of the pudding is the caterers ) Ordered 2 slices of pizza plus a hot dog. Also got two beers. Not complaining about the price, we all know its going to be overpriced for crappy food. Came out to around $40 something. I also Asked the cashier for a cup of water... bottled water he asked? No thanks, just a small cup of tap water (I ordered beer) No problem.... "tap water is $4.00". Well how much is bottled water? Bottled water is $6.50 Well can I just have a small empty cup and I will serve myself water from bathroom? "No we are not allowed to do that". Great customer service ! All I wanted to do was swallow an anti-diarrhea pill to help with the crappy food. Arent restaurants mandated to give tap water if you ask and if you are buying alcohol ?!

I used Proof of the Pudding at Infinite Energy Center for my wedding and their food, customer service and presentation blew me and my guests away. My account rep, Candice, crossed every "T" and dotted every "I" without me even having to ask. I was amazed at her willingness to go above and beyond to make our wedding day flawless. She made great menu suggestions and her expertise really helped me (I had never planned a big event on my own before). I especially appreciated the special picnic basket that was created for my husband and I to take with us after the reception. The bartenders and attendants during my reception were professional and courteous. I heard rave reviews from my guests about the food, ice cream sundae bar, serving stations and presentation. Proof of the Pudding will not disappoint and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Planning a social event for 2000 high school students is a daunting task--everything has to be perfect or I wil certainly hear about it. Thats why I continue to rely on Proof of the Pudding for my catering needs even after 20 years. It goes without saying that their cuisine is simply outstanding. Each year, their staff (especially Candice Kirkpatrick) helps me to design a menu that not only looks and tastes amazing, it also enhances our theme. Weve done everything from upscale street food for a New York themed event to an Indian buffet that was perfect for our Bollywood theme--Im convinced that Proof of the Pudding can do anything. Beyond the food, the Proof staff is amazing. Ive always found them to be so friendly and professional--everyone at Proof of the Pudding works hard to make sure my event goes off without a hitch!

Proof of the Pudding at the Infinite Center is AMAZING! As prom chair at a local high school I have depended on Candace Kirkpatrick, the chefs and staff of PotP four years in row! The next three prom sites are booked; if Proof of the Pudding was not an approved caterer, I did not book the location! This year I realized two days before prom that our event was on National Jelly Bean Day and my students NEEDED Jelly Beans as they departed -- she ordered them! Huge hit! The PotP staff is always wonderful with our faculty and students! In addition, Candace supports Relay For Life and has assisted our school with an event in the spring. I sing the praises of PotP to folks all the time -- Professional, Organized, Trustworthy and a Pleasure! Amazing crew! Thanks for all you CONTINUE to do for the Wildcats!

WOW- Too many good things to say!! Proof catered our wedding in November and it was absolutely amazing! All of our guests loved the fun food stations (especially the flatbread station!) and the staff was incredible to work. From the very beginning, the Proof staff (Jeffro) was responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was just what we wanted. We got married at a brewery, so there was not a kitchen, but Proof was able to bring the kitchen on site and the service was flawless. They even helped us decorate and manage our cookie table. Without a doubt, we would highly reccomend Proof of the Pudding!!

Sorry!!!! No good... I attended a wedding or 25th anniversary in douglasville and Proof in the pudding was Providing the food... All the servers were all confused not knowing who to feed first or what to do. If you asked a server a question they would tell you, that there not your server, wait for your server which is crazy cause about 4 people were our servers. Just horrible. Its crazy that we were table 2 but table 7 ate before us ... Just pure madness. In the future i would not use this company for anything( baby shower, wedding, family reuion, events or for my employer) just garbage.

Proof of the Pudding catered the PCMA Luncheon at Atlanta Botanical Garden that I attended last month. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. The wait staff were very professional and exceeded expectations for the event. They served a 3-course meal that was delicious, served at the perfect temperature and prepared beautifully. The sea bass was phenomenal and the trio dessert was absolutely mouth watering. I would highly recommend using them for any corporate event or wedding. You wont be disappointed and what a stress relief knowing that everything is taken care of!
