I have beena customer since 2012, I know everyone who worked there. There waiting time is veryy high and sonits frustrating but still they do good job so i keot going back. But today I went for flatiron and the african american lady with short blonde hair was soo rude. First place she never smiles while talking to customer then she burnt my nectk while faltiron when i told her she was like " r u sure u want to flat iron ur hair because i am goona do that to entire head" like what??? Like ur goona give hot burns on my head. Then she said if you want you can walk out with just shampoo like she was shooing away the customer. I said i have flatironed my hair 50 times accidents happen but its my job to tell u i got hurt so u can be carefull. And she made faces. Gosh I m not going back again. She was also veryy rude to the other two ladies waiting. People can tolerate wait time but not rudeness, we are customer, we pay you and expect some kind of customer service here. You just lost a old customer. Very disappointing

Poor Customer management. We are group of three and only 3 in the line. There were 2 specialists and only one of them served all of us and it took 3 hours to get the haircut done. Wonder what the second person did; she was serving the people that came after us. It would take 1 hour if they handled us at the same time. This is ridiculous. Even when she was free she did not serve us.

Dont go to this place!!!! The employees are rude , she color my hair to bad, and also color part of my face, is not gentle !!! And too expensive, no quality, bad service!
